attractrive looking heater. quite cheap plastic close up when received. Works well and gives out more heat than expected for something quite small. Delivery took 2.5 weeks

Waited 12 days for my size 6 trainers to arrive , a size 7 was delivered. No invoice included in the plastic bag they arrived in.
I’m very disappointed in the service , the trainers seem ok but obviously too big to use and people wonder why Shein etc are taking over retail .
I’ve emailed for a return label to receive a refund but honestly don’t hold out much hope , lesson learned !

If I could rate ZERO I would I ordered a door mat for £50 and have sent 5 emails to return and called number numerous time to return as the mat is totally unacceptable and poor quality and not worth anymore than £1 and that’s being generous they say 100% guaranteed return money back but you can’t contact them very very dissatisfied

Absolute scam! Stole money and didn’t send the product I ordered. Despite emailing and trying to call multiple times to find out where the jacket I ordered was, I had no response to them be told yesterday (ordered back in November 2025) that they can’t help me and won’t help me as it falls outside of their policy. Convenient as I tried for a resolution back in November but I got no reply until yesterday (march 2026). They refused a refund and refused to send the item in question. They will be reported to the Financial Conduct Authority! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

Please do not purchase from this company…

This company is an absolute rip off. I ordered a doormat back in October but it wasn’t as stated on their website. Thinking I could exchange it as it states on their website I have 90 days I emailed them within the first couple of hours of delivery. After numerous other emails sent to their customer services email address and phone calls with no response, four months later, I get an email asking if I was satisfied. After a few back-and-forth emails from someone called Maria, they asked me to send a photo of the mat in question which I did. The following email from Maria stated that due to the amount of time that had passed I was not within my rights to get a refund. Obviously this was entirely their fault and when I mentioned this, they very abruptly told me I would not get anything further from them, and they would no longer respond to my emails.

Once again, please do not purchase from this company it is a waste of money

Product is well made and attractive. It was delivered in good time and well packaged.

To anyone considering using this company - dont. I placed an order with them almost 4 weeks ago which arrived today. During the order process they had added an extra item to my order and took payment without my permission. I notified them 3 minutes after recieving a surprising email saying that they had added to the order. I asked them to remove the additional item and refund the money they had taken. They ignored this request. There followed protracted emails to and fro with no satisfactory conclusion to me. I am stuck with some extra 'boots' which are wrong size poorly made and useless. Wild eye vision have taken an extra £50 for these in my view dishonestly. Regarding my original order of 'cozy' slippers these are poorly made and I dont recommend them. I wish I could give them no stars.

Here we are again and for the third and last time. My item eventually arrived too late for its intended use.
Under their T & C’s they offer processing time 1/2 business days and estimated deliver of 5/9 business days. It’s not coming from their non existent U. K. warehouse, most likely China. You must read their returns policy. I would call it a company escape route of customer service. I leave it to you to decide.

If I could do no stars, I would. Absolute scheisters, scamming ********. Delivery not arrived, surprise surprise. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE

Don’t usually give reviews but this company is terrible.Brought a moon wall lamp over200 pounds for a birthday present told it would be five working days and would be coming from Spain still waiting just under a month and actually coming from China .Have emailed company loads of times now have been told my delivery has been delivered where has it been delivered too got the email to say it’s been delivered early hours of Sunday .Have had to do a charge back with credit card company don’t know how this company is still in business.

My only grumble was the blanket didn’t feel like a weighted blanket I should of got a heavier one, but quality was good

Good updates on progress of order but I was slightly surprised when I realised it was not a UK based order. Item is fine , a little difficult to get on initially but fine when I get my foot in.

This company should be dragged kicking and screaming through the EU courts .
I purchased two pairs of shoes of them.
One was too large and the other 3 sizes too small.
My request for returns authorisation and address was just ignored for weeks. Only when a third party satisfaction survey was filed did they respond apologizing for their delay and thanking me for my patients .All correspondence since then has been initiated by a different person each time with identical responses.
Eventually advising me that we'd run out of time to initiate a return.
They are a totally fraudulent company who have no intention what so ever of honouring their guarantee policies stated.

Basically the product I bought the night vision scope was well below my expectations. I hoped to use it to see wildlife at night.
It doesn’t pick up my dog in the same room. It supposedly has a 90 day returns policy . However you have to return it to China at your own expense estimated at £ 35 to 40 by them. With no assurance your money will be refunded. It needs a uk based returns centre. I would not buy from this company.

Wild Eye Vision are basically con artists. They sold me a waterproof rucksack that isnt waterproof and they didn't replu nto many emails for 3 months until they replied saying it was out of their refund time frame!!

Do not buy anything from this website. A month ago I ordered & paid for a garment. 10 emails later I've just been informed that 'the manufacturer has started production' so the garment didn't exist in the first place. I have asked for a refund but they have refused. Complete scam.
*update* my order arrived last night (6 weeks after order was placed) - guess what.......it was the wrong garment. I am dreading the returns process.

The product, a small heater, did not match the spec. I eventually got a reply from them but they said they would not take any action because the issue was just my "personal preference" Telling them that my personal preference is for a product that matches the spec achieved nothing!
Do not buy from them

Do not trust this company. Trying to contact them is nearly impossible (I suspect the responses from the support@ email address is a bot). Don't believe their 90 day free trial.
