Excellent customer service. Quick to answer questions!!

No service was needed, just ship out a simple trailer hitch coupler for $15
But Don’t charge a customer who has obviously purchased one of your trailers $15 to mail a tiny little envelope that only weighs a couple of ounces

We ordered the large special needs bike trailer. Ordering was easy, and it came very quickly! Quite affordable compared to others we’ve seen. Was very easy to put together, and our daughter instantly fell in love with it. Super sturdy, comfy and beautifully constructed. Was expecting it to be harder to pull but it was smooth and easy. Looking forward to using all it has to offer- especially the rain/ if screen and jogging/swivel wheels. Thank you for making biking accessible to all!

Transaction was easy. There was a delay in shipping but I was informed every step of the way. Easy to contact and great customer service

The cart kit arrived on time and exactly as expected. The kit was not in stock when I originally visited their site. They have an "alert me when I stock option" that worked very well.

Great product. Replaced a heavier canoe cart that damaged my aluminum canoe. This one is lighter, easier to pull with pneumatic tires, and thus far has not damaged my canoe. Makes long portages on cart trails much easier.

I was dissatisfied in the lack of instruction for the assembly of the DIY trailer. Most of the videos I was able to find were at least 5 years old and it appeared to there was a change to the hardware in that time. The single sheet of instruction included with the hardware did not include 5 cross members only 3 even thought there are locations for 5. The trailer is together now and I will not be pulling it apart to add new bars. Moreover the instructions included directions for a hitch that was not included.

I put the trailer together based on a photo I found on reddit. This made for a distasteful experience

One thing I also learned was the brackets will shrink or aluminum will expand in cold weather.

Amazing customer service. Easy to work with ! Love their products!

Love the compagny, vers helpful and great quality

Knowledgeable staff, quick delivery & quick replies to any questions - pre- & post- purchase

Parts are well designed. Build quality is better than good. Price is reasonable and shipping is quick.

Fantastic support and it's a really good bike, thanks Madison

I tried to talk to someone and that took 3 days , then they told me the wrong measurements, and the things I got will not fit what I have

Able to review parts list before ordering. Easy payment processing and surprisingly fast processing and shipping.

Like riding a cloud. I am really happy with my purchases. The e-salamadar is super fun to ride, very practical to go grocery shopping and oh... my daughters love it.

My only small recommendation to improve the product would be to have front and back lights wired to the battery. The lights that come with it, work really well, but they need batteries.

Great customer service and fast delivery.

Excellent quality and functionality of equipment . Superb customer service from Madison.

You answered product questions promptly and modified your product description quickly when you found it to be in error. And your kayak cart is superior to anything else available on the market yet reasonably priced.

Quick response to my questions and adjusted my order without a problem
