Just spoke to Chris on their phone 0330 001 0488, really love their service, they have the upper hand on better deals for customers in terms of tarrif charges, their website was difficult before to top-up but theyve got a new User interface, and i just completed a top-up with ease.

Amazing service and even better customer service
Called Chris at customer service after my mother bought a bundle for a country accidentally. Chris was not only incredibly warm and understanding but he resolved the issue in all of 2 mins. Outstanding customer service. That man deserves a raise.

They said invite frind and you get bonus but when your frind topped up.whiye call makes excuse to don't give bonus such as frind has to buy debit, credit billable. Becarfull with them. Use ithers and get bonus 360 talks, reptel u get$12, ...many of them available

Avoid
I had very bad experience with White calling card the been charging me 12 pence a minutes instead of 6 pence minutes.
Avoid it because they hide all the other charges in small print.

I had an Issue and I called and waiting less than a Minute and My issue was resolved quickly by Chris. I'm so impressed by his Customer service skills and how he really put me at ease ans spoke to me like a human being. Will definitely recommend Whitecalling app to all my friends.
