Unfortunately, it is difficult to give constructive feedback as my experience was so bad.
This is not a company I would either recommend or ever use again.
What started with friendly and helpful office staff unfortunately ended in disaster causing me more stress than if I had physically moved myself.
Virtually every piece of furniture had either a scuff mark, chip or minor dent; 2 antique pieces of furniture were smashed and looked as though they had been dropped; 1 piece of furniture with water marks down the front; and to cap it all another item was missing.
At no time did either of the removal men mention that there had been any damage; they in fact actually denied any knowledge.
I had a speedy response from the company when I brought it to their attention, but following much toing and froing of emails, lots of excuses and denials of any knowledge from the removal men, they eventually agreed to pay a very small renumeration.
Fortunately, I had my own insurance cover as the total claim was in excess of £1,500, but I didn't need all the extra stress and the long protracted time to sort the repairs of the unnecessary damage to my furniture.

Great removal company,everthing done very professionally from start to finish,would reccomend if you are moving home.

Moving is obviously a stressful time and the team on the day were on time courteous and knowledgeable, allowing all aspects of the move to go as smoothly as possible.

Brilliant service from start to end and the removal team could not have done more.

The original visit to give a quote for removal was very professional and confidence inspiring. Many useful tips were given. Ample packing boxes were dropped off in good time. The team arrived bang on time on the appointed day and everything went like clockwork: totally stress free. We met our belongings again 2 days later (220 miles away) and unpacking went very smoothly including the unloading of our piano. These guys work VERY HARD and deserve to be well rewarded. The whole experience from our point of view was very satisfying. THANK YOU, ANDY, MATT & GARY.

Mick and Les were brilliant, communicated well and looked for solutions for any issues that a rose.

Felt the job was under resourced and whilst it was completed on time this was done with a lot of additional resource on the last afternoon.

Boxes not labelled.Poor packing.Lots of glassware not wrapped so broken .Ceramics not wrapped as a pair broken.Photos not wrapped broken.Kitchen casseroles not wrapped so broken (was a set)Still working through the boxes.Garden ornaments broken.

The team were very professional and understanding for what was not a straightforward move. Throughout the move they regularly checked in with us to make sure that we were ok . They treated our possessions with a great deal of care . We would highly recommend them.

Moving all of our household possessions into storage whilst being located on a remote island at the other side of the world could have been a nightmare but with communication support from Helen and Lorraine all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend Whites, this is our third move with company!!

The removers from Knaresborough were excellent and there were no breakages when we moved from York.
Unfortunately we are still waiting for the boxes to be collected from the Portsmouth Branch three weeks after the move, in spite of several phone calls to them.

Communication is excellent. Questions and queries by email or by telephone, were answered very quickly. As we were exporting our furniture, I found the process a little daunting. Matthew was amazing and made it a lot easier. Talking me through it, step by step. Logistics and the packing crew were very professional experienced and worked at great speed. Handling our goods with care, while making sure it was packed safely and securely. Thankyou Whites a job expertly done. Highly recommend as they have high standards and ensure you receive the best service that they provide.

Professional, polite, reassuring, caring, approachable, respectful and upbeat. It was a comfort to have the team oversee our move!

Would definitely recommend using this company for your removal - good, competitive pricing and, if you can get them, Vinny/Ben/Andy (our West Yorkshire removal team) were excellent - a credit to the company. Will definitely use them again for our next move.

From the beginning, the office staff were really helpful. The team that came to the house were polite, calm, caring, accommodating & willing to go above & beyond - nothing was too much trouble.

It was a great experience, the removal men were a lovely group who worked hard and well together.
There were a few breakages but nothing of great value. The one 'silly' accident was the laying of a liquid bottle on its side which leaked ... as it was a fragranced oil it made my study very pleasant smelling!!
