Do not buy from this company. I ordered 3 months ago, i have not received it nor have i been able to get in contact with anyone! A complete sham. Anyone know how I can get a refund?

Really disappointed - sent the item, misspelt my husbands name and no way to contact them for replacement. Emails fail, phone doesnt answer..... please dont order from this website.

I purchased a 4 glass engraved set, with a saying on the back, as a gift for my brother and his family.
The first thing, is while the company is based out of Boulder, CO, the item comes from Singapore. I didn’t read the fine print and probably would have looked further had I known that.
The second thing is it takes a long time to receive, tracking was difficult at first, and it took over a month to receive. I tried to communicate with the company about tracking, they only responded one time prior to order placement. Also nobody answers the phone or returns phone messages.
And last, the third is that the glasses were missing the last name as pictured.

While I am glad he has the set and he really likes it, I am not sure I would spend the money again. Amazon has something along this line for half the price.
And there is something about trying to buy American if you can.
So 3 stars for me.

Once we received our order my son was pleased although the birthday was switched around it was supposed to be 04-07-93 but it had 07-04-93 but nevertheless was very pleased and we thank you

The quality of this product is superb, I was not expecting that. I forgot what quality making was and the time to receive it. I would definitely buy this again in the future for my relatives. Thank you for making a great product.

Item arrived looking exactly to specs. I'm giving 3 stars due to the lack on product updates, website expired made me nervous. Contacted Paypal, company sent an email and item delivered.

Good service

Customer service is a joke with this company. Like so many others the item i waited months for came broken. After send the pictures and everything else required I’m still waiting 6 MONTHS LATER!!! This was a complete waste of time and money.

The glass and box were nice. But the glass was very thin and cheaply made

I ordered an item at the start of December which has not been recieved. Several emails have been sent and chats tried to be started on the Web page but no response recieved. Extremely disappointed as money has been taken from my account but no product nor update. Would not recommend.

My purchase was delivered broken in the box, sent pictures and I haven’t heard from anyone yet.

The recipient of this gift was totally satisfied and also stated the glasses were so elegant. He was surprised of the quality.

The quality was great but messed up on one of my decator. Made another one for the mistake that was made. Waiting on it. Hope it’s in for Christmas.

I really like the product, was a little disappointed when I ordered 4 glasses with decanter for a retirement party & only recieved 2. They sent out what was missing, but unfortunately the turnaround time was too long & I did not have all 4 glasses for the occasion, other than that it was a really nice gift to give.

It was a nice gift. Wasn't impressed with the box. Etching could have been better quality. In general I was happy.
