Do not recommend
Sadly, my experience was not a good one. Ben and his staff are professional and respond to emails, I cannot fault them there. However, I ordered windows in April 2024, they were delivered and installed September 2024, and I immediately noticed all 6 fog up when the sun hit them. They replaced 3 in March 2025 and 3 in September 2025. A 1 year and 6 month project. I called, sent photos, emails, and I have detailed documentation of all correspondence. No urgency to help me, no consideration of time. I highly recommend charging payment to a credit card with a big job like this (accept that cc fee) so you have recourse, unlike me, who foolishly paid by check. It was a big financial decision to replace my windows at $8,000 and I regret it. Yes, the outside sound is cut by 30%, but I would rather have lived with the old windows. I would also not recommend the window manufacturer, Crystal Windows. Unprofessional and non responsive. I did consult an attorney, but he said to wait for the replacements. A frustrating experience in every way.
