Very professional experience overall, swift response to our emergency request for Care-Giver, consistent follow ups. I’ll always recommend them especially for detailed venting of personnels and staff during recruitment.

I paid Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited for a nanny/housekeeper recruitment service on 5 January 2026, with the promise that they would deliver vetted candidates within a week.
Unfortunately, the service was never delivered, and the process was filled with contradictory communication, unresponsive candidates, failed interviews, and repeated timeline changes.
After multiple follow-ups, I requested a refund, but they failed to return my money. I have now issued a formal refund letter, and the matter has been copied to the Nigeria Police Force.
The experience with Whipsmart was great from the application to recruitment stage they were transparent and flexible in our engagements.
