Casey was prompt and understood the nuances in how the leasing monthly repayments were calculated to determine whether their rate was competitive and spent the time to go over my excel scheduled amortization calculator. He was able confirm what was claimable upfront as some other operators could not It was good to have him as a central point of contact rather than many different departments particularly understanding how Tesla operated and ensuring funds arrived by deliver date. The financier behind Leaselab and subsequent document verification and figures by Casey was approved within half a day of my submission with minimal fuss. Not the case with another financier.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Brad Parkes. From the very first interaction, it felt like he was genuinely on my side, looking after everything with care rather than just trying to close a deal. Brad was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly—from the salary packaging structure to the FBT exemptions on my new EV.
He tailored the lease specifically to my financial situation and running cost requirements, and even followed up on his day off to ensure everything was ready. Brad made what I thought would be a complex process feel effortless. Thank you!

Great Experience with Bryan Kuchel at LeaseLab
I had a really good experience working with Bryan Kuchel from LeaseLab. He was easy to deal with, explained everything clearly, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process.
What stood out most was how transparent he was with the numbers. He didn’t try to oversell anything and was happy to walk me through different options until we got the deal structured in a way that actually made sense for my situation.
Bryan was also patient while I went back and forth comparing options, and he helped tweak the quote multiple times to get the weekly cost down to where I was comfortable. Nothing ever felt rushed or pushed.
Overall, really professional and straightforward to deal with. If you’re looking at a novated lease and want someone who will actually explain things properly and work with you, I’d definitely recommend Bryan.
