Scam Artists
I have just received an order that placed though the Debenhams store, from this company "Where's that From". The offer on the Debenhams stated the boots were reduced from £249.99 to £58.49, which looked like a great offer. On receiving the boots I noticed that the quality was poor and did not reflect the original £249.99 price tag. After quickly looking at the brands own website, they have the same boots being sold at £35, on offer down from £35.20
This is a scam. No other way to say it.
The boots were never £249.99, and the mega 77% off offer is actually a huge percentage higher than what the boots are sold at.
I will be returning the boots for a full refund, contacting the company themselves and also making sure to post this experience on any review website I can find.
At a time when money is tight for everyone I think it is absolutely disgusting. Do not be scammed by these people. Selling cheap goods and pretending they are premium so you think you are getting a great offer.
Poor quality and no customer service
I went through so many providers to try to find who is responsible for making my return so complex. Ordered via Oasis, Debehams sent an item from their brand 'Where's That From.'
The item was a pair of brown boots and they were appalling quality. I paid £35 for them and they were on sale - I would have gladly paid less, not more. The glue was showing, the material was thin, and the quality of the sole wouldn't have taken you more than a mile. Absolutely disgusting. I don't usually buy fast fashion but I wanted to invest in a good quality piece that I would keep for years. I wouldn't have been able to even if I wanted to.
I returned the item using a "free" return service (which was later deducted from my refund amount. This was hidden deep in the terms and conditions, as opposed to making the key message absolutely clear in an easy to access way for customers.) When my item was received by the warehouse, I had no notification from Where's That From to say that they'd received my order or that my refund was being processed. I had to then chase Oasis Customer Services for my refund. They gave several dates it would be processed by - all of which involved me waiting more time for a refund that was never going to be processed unless they chased. When they did chase Where's That From, I suddenly received three notifications - one of which said they'd received my order. Of course, I have to wait a further 10 days for it to be processed, and minus the "free" return fee of £1.99. These were in the Debenhams terms and conditions. At this stage, I don't know who I ordered the boots from.
With so many chains and providers to go through, it's hard to know who's responsible. Don't order through any of the retailers - from start to finish, appalling product with a customer services team that can't give one correct answer or identify that there's an issue in the first instance and sort it out immediately. Unless you want to wait a long time for a refund, go to another provider. When refunds are given the same day or within three days by bigger retailers, this is just embarassing.
SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COST
Poor quality of shoes and you will never get your refund back! Messaged them multiple times on instagram, facebook and emailed them - no response to any. There is proof that they have received my parcel but refuse to process my refund. Total scammers!!

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I sent my item back in September and it has now been 3 weeks and have no refund. They were communicating with me asking for the weight of the parcel which was irrelevant as they have the item back as the tracking shows it.
I have paused my payments with Klarna while I try and get somewhere but now the company are ignoring me totally.
I have no idea what to do next. I think I'll just have to lose over £100 and never ever buy from them again.
How to get a refund from this outfit
I too had issues with getting a refund from this company. Fortunately I paid with PayPal so after waiting patiently for 4 weeks, I was able to open a case. Lo and behold, a refund was issued the following day. Legally a buyer should expect a refund within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned goods and you don’t have to give a reason for the return. After reading the reviews here, it seems that Where’s That From are consistently breaking the law in not issuing refunds in a timely manner or even at all.
I bought a pair of inferior and overpriced boots from them via Matalan (who I have no issues with). However I feel that the dubious business practices of Where’s That From reflects badly on the principle seller who are very generously giving them a platform.
My overarching advice is pay via PayPal for any online purchases and you are automatically protected against rogue traders.
No Refund
Wish I could leave no stars. Returned shoes to them in July 2024 and now October 2024 and no refund. I have emailed repeatedly and no response. Don't shop with them, it's too risky!
Not returning refund
I have returned a parcel worth £40 more and to which I have not received the refund. I emailed customer service and they asked for the tracking receipt multiple times in which I provided and kept providing me with false information saying that it was being refunded that day I am so frustrated with this company and will not be purchasing anything again.
Fraudulent Company
I am deeply frustrated because of a package sent to Where's That From by mistake. Despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding my designer sunglasses, I have yet to receive a response. Royal Mail confirmed the package was delivered to the Delivery Office and collected by Where's That From, but they have continuously ignored me.
They collected the package on the 22nd of August and have yet to return my package or acknowledge any of my emails. The sunglasses cost £288. Please do not order or expect any customer service from this company.
I will be reporting this as fraud and theft.

Still waiting on a refund
Still waiting on a refund! I made a return on the 7th of September and from the tracking information I can see it was received on the 9th of September. Despite this there has been no confirmation that they've received my package nor any response as to whether they're processing the return. Also it's not just my order they haven't returned but my mum's too! Future warming if ordering from Debenhams be cautious if the shoes you want are coming from where's that from. As I've had no issues with the other shops Debenhams work with.

The item itself was of OK quality
The item itself was of OK quality, but very narrow in the shoe. I had to return the item and the company claimed not to have received it. I had to chase up the refund which was eventually processed. It was an inconvenience having to chase up and I have not been compensated for this, other than an apology.

Ordered shoes through Debenhams. Where’s That From is a Concessionary of Debenhams. Returned on 27 July, they were delivered back on 29 July, now 8 August, still no refund. Debenhams have said wait until 11 August and if not had refund contact Debenhams again. Never ever will I order from this company, they don’t deserve business the way they treat customers. They take your money straight away and you have to fight to get a refund. BE AWARE

Extremely difficult to contact the customer service team. They can barely even string a sentence together. They’re claiming my return parcel only contains one item rather than 3, whilst I’m urging them to open the parcel and check??!
