I sent back a return on 27th January and no sign of a refund . They are saying they don't have return yet. Which I don't understand why.

Ordered with debenhams 3 pairs of shoes fine got money back then ordered 5 pairs shoes direct to wheres that from on my credit card wasn't suitable sent back 84.00 I need back they are prossesing my refund God knows when I will get it they are giving me 74.00 refund I emailed and they said go to debenhams ask them about it I didn't buy from debenhams I ordered from them direct I even sent a copy of my card that says 86.00 payment to WTF and order number but they are ignoring me now they are keeping 12.00 of my cash they should be shut down and the 3 letters WTF that's my opinion of them (what the feck ) is a good name for them DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP AND RUDE I had to give them a 1 as there is no zero

Sent my order back and after over 2 weeks, still haven't received a refund, no reply, nothing!!

Wrong shoes sent, refund takes weeks. Customer service very slow. Shame as the prices and choice of shoes is very good. Bought through Debenhams, expected better service. Wouldn't recommend or buy again from the firm. Missing Debenhams stores on the high street!

Terrible Customer Service!!!
I will say. I ordered 3 seperate times for a lovely pair of shoes in different colour. I had a complement and thought I would purchase a pair for my niece direct from the shop roughly 15th Dec 24. The delivery didn't arrive. After contacting them several times I was told my refund is in my account today. I have recieved this message 3 times now and still no refund. Fingers crossed.

Ordered a pair of boots of them through Debenhams,had to return them, returns policy through Royal Mail is straight forward,Royal Mail collected the parcel 31/12/24 it was delivered back to them on 3/1/25, I had to email them today asking where my refund was,said they had not received my order back, sent proof of postage and delivery, just received an email saying refund is being processed, if you order from this company and have to return be sure to keep all receipts of postage….

Unfortunately my experience has been similar to other things I’ve read here. I returned two items early December and had proof of delivery, but I hadn’t received confirmation from WTF that they were processing my return. I got in touch and they said they hadn’t received it. Upon presenting my proof of delivery, my refund was processed within minutes. My experience with customer service was poor and they were very rude and unhelpful. Looking at other experiences, it seems that it’s not a coincidence and they are in fact dishonest with their returns process. If I wouldn’t have chased I don’t believe I would ever have been refunded.

So far customer service has been OK, BUT I would advise anyone to steer clear from this brand and Debenhams. Firstly it was unclear that if I order from the latter, the former is an actual separate company fulfilling the order (so effectively Debenhams is just a selling platform for other unknown brands/companies).
Secondly one of the boots I ordered (which wasn't cheap) came with the heal and bridge hanging off the actual boot. Looked like either it hadn't been glued properly or because the packaging differed from identical boots which came in the same order(different colour), it's more likely that it already had been returned by someone before, and no one at the time of receiving the return had bothered to check contents and remove it from stock.

And thirdly, it was easy enough to raise a return with Royal Mail coming out to collect. However, a week later, seeing that RM tracking shows this was delivered to the seller 5 days ago (!!!) , I emailed them asking for an update. They say they haven't got it. I was shocked, as my order number was included in both the return parcel in a form of a return slip, AND I had also provided it at the time of requesting return collection, so effectively the return label would have contained the order number.

Conclusion: both their products and their returns process is very much sub standard.

Terrible customer service, do not buy from this company. Purchased an item via Debenhams online, they have failed to dispatch the order and are not refunding me in full. Emailing them is like trying to get blood out of a stone, I get 3 word replies that don’t answer any of my questions.

I am about to raise a small claims court against Matalan and where is that from.
I made an order on the 15/11 which I returned on the 18/11 and confirmed received on the 22/11 and I am still waiting for my £252.50 refund.

This is not a way to make money Matalan and where is that from.

Returned my shoes back 18th Nov didn't get refund until I was going to report them got my refund 15th Dec!!!! Had to email them 5 times!!! quick to take your money just don't want to give it back JUST DON'T RETURN ANYTHING

Try printing the return label. The site refuses to print it even when every line is filled in. Will never buy from a company that uses these people again, one of which is Debenhams online.
UPDATE. They have had my return package for 8 days and still no refund. Debenhams need to to sort this or change delivery company

I have returned a parcel 2months ago. Contacted them twice about it where they said they will refund the money, they only refunded for ONE item. And after showing proof of the receipts for both items being returned they still say they only have one. Still awaiting for this issue to be resolved. Really disappointed

Rude customer services, who blocked my email as they knew they were in the wrong. They tried to deny they even recieved a parcel when I had evidence and they had already sent an email to say they recieved it. Thankfully the excellent customer service at Debenhams allowed me to get my money back after 9 weeks, even if it was £2 short but hey I wasn't going to complain at that. If you never want to see your money again please buy from this company, you would be daft though.

* Denied ever seeing the package but since they had already confirmed they recieved it they had to start the refund...so what were they doing for 28 days?
* 10 further days pass, I waited until the 10 days were up, tried to email them and they had blocked my email address.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. WTF is appropriate for their brand name because WTF! Only giving me a partial refund even though I sent back both items and are claiming they’ve given me a full refund, BUT THEY HAVEN’T. Disgusting customer service, spoken to like dirt. Absolutely awful. I am so disappointed that Boohoo are selling their items. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

I purchased a pair of WTF heels from Matalan's website. They were tiny and I sent them back via royal mail, knowing after reading their return policy that they would deduct the return shipping cost from my refund. Got my successfully delivered status from RM and a week later I was still waiting for my refund. I emailed WTF customer service and was informed they were claiming not to have received my return. So I went above them and messaged Matalan on their chat service and provided proof the item had been returned. 24 hours later I have my FULL refund and an apology from Matalan. I'll be careful not to buy anything that's third party from now on and definitely avoiding WTF.

Not sure why Debenhams is giving this company space to sell on their website as the description of the article ( in my case a pair of boots) is totally misleading as is the so-called discounted price. This company is bringing the Debenhams brand in disrepute and on the basis of this misrepresentation I've decided to stop purchasing any other item from Debenhams online. I now have doubts about how genuine any brand is on their website.

Do not buy from this company - I would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered shoes from Debenhams which were delivered by this third rate outfit. They were described as having heels approx 5cm - in reality this was between 7 and 8cm so false advertising. The returns process is that I had to return to wheresthatfrom.com and specified that I did not believe that the £1.99 return charge should apply - as I only bought them based on the fake description. I received a return confirmation of the full refund but when it got to my bank account the charge had been deducted - this is THEFT! When I queried it I was told to contact Debenhams but I have no contact details. I was told to return to wheresthatfrom.com so I believe they should deal with this and rectify the issue. I believe this is probably a scam so please don't buy from this company - fake descriptions, taking money they are not entitled to and zero customer service. I intend reporting to Trading Standards.

Recently bought a pair of Where’s that from patent loafers with bow on front through Debenhams website. Supposedly down from £70 to £20. Total scam! Really cheap plastic shoes. It makes me wonder if Debenhams online site is actually legitimate? I will never order from the site again especially after reading many of the other reviews below.

Scam product purchased from Debenhams website. I bought a pair of ankle boots from the Debenhams 'sale' which were advertised as being marked down from £118 to £21. On arrival it was immediately clear that £21 was more likely the original price as the boots are cheap and branded as 'Style Shoe' inside. Not sure how Debenhams is getting away with this and now I suspect other things I bought in their 'sale' and are yet to arrive are also cheap knock offs.
