WG Locksmiths Ltd Omdömen

I would highly recommend WG Locksmiths.
Thomas fixed my bathroom window lock which was very old and knackered resulting in not being able to open the window. Good price and all sorted in no time.
Thomas is very professional, extremely polite and of course great at doing his job.

Thomas was polite, punctual, cost effective and did a high quality job. We were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Highly recommend this company. We had a broken handle on our bi-fold doors which meant it no longer locked properly. I had an instant response to my call, Thomas came to inspect the issue that afternoon and presented me with a couple of options to fix. The part was ordered and fitted really quickly. A great service!

Quick response, very professional and friendly service

Can't recommend Thomas and the team enough. He got the issue diagnosed within minutes and explained all the options and was extremely helpful and professional.

Thomas was really helpful, available quickly and diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time.

Paul was very responsive to my initial enquiry about getting our locks changed, offering me great advice and customer service. It was easy to book in an appointment with him, and following the appointment he provided me with some recommendations about what parts I needed. I am a happy customer and will definitely come back for any further work that is needed in the future.

Great Locksmith Thomas helped us out with an indoor lock. Very smooth, quick and works perfectly!

Very quick response time from initial enquiry to completion of job. Full transparency about costs from the beginning. Thomas was professional, courteous and made a superb job. Cannot recommend this company enough. Will definitely be using again when I move home.

We were in trouble and Thomas and the WG team saved the day - came over within an hour to help sort out a broken front door lock and fit a new one. No hassle, good value, sorted quickly. They made a very stressful evening a lot better! And v nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

Had given Thomas less than a week’s notice to get my door locks changed. He was very friendly over text and was very easy to contact. He did a great job and kept costs low, with excellent recommendations of the locks I should buy.

Great customer service and very friendly, will use him again next time I need locks changed!

Once again great service with Paul being out within 24 hours of me asking (was a non urgent job!). Would definitely recommend

Used these guys 3 times. Professional, courteous and affordable. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend WG Locksmiths highly enough. The quality of work is of an exceptional standard and the team were punctual, professional and very friendly.

Thomas from WG Locksmiths visited my property as I was locked in. He was punctual and gave a courtesy call beforehand to inform me of his ETA. Once he arrived, he solved the problem with the minimum of fuss whilst being polite and friendly. This is the second time I have used this company and they are excellent in every way. Thoroughly professional work. I highly recommend them.

Great experience, they came quickly with agreed up front costs and no hidden fees. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them but hope I don't need to be let in my own house again any time soon!

They replied quickly and arranged a time. They arrived on time. And the service was really great. Thomas was polite, professional, and he cleaned up after himself. I would not hesitate to contact them again for locksmith needs

I was very pleased with the service provided by WG Locksmith Ltd. Thomas fixed the problem with my mother’s bedroom window quickly and efficiently. He explained everything he did and was very polite. I would certainly recommend their services to my friends and family.

Its so good to have a good local Locksmiths we can call on. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I was just as happy this time. First time Paul came to change our front door locks as we had just moved into the house. This time Thomas came to remove a bike lock the prior owners had lost the keys to and left on our railings. They quoted the most recent job from photos and were able to then remove the lock very quickly at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again when we next need a locksmith.

Approached 2 other Locksmiths - 1 didn't respond at all and the other was unable to help. Found W G Locksmiths on Which. Sent message and received an immediate helpful response from Paul even though he was on holiday. Thomas came the very next morning at the time arranged. The lock on my upvc window handle had stopped working. He carried out a thorough assessment to see if it was the lock, the handle or the window alignment, explaining everything as he went. We decided to replace the handle which he had on the van and the cost was made clear before he started work. The work was completed within 20 minutes and I have a 1 year warranty on the new handle. Thomas was very friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
