Keys don't fit, misleading website, poor customer service
Bought 2 SR series keys for classic car ignition switches which were missing their keys but had SRxxx clearly stamped on the barrel. Their webpage states "Strebor SR Series Keys", "Commonly used as a Classic Car Key and more... ", "Manufacturers include British Leyland, Strebor". Keys don't even go in the barrel! Appears there is another SR series which they cannot provide! I pointed out that if that is the case then their webpage is misleading, but they were not interested. Their response: "We provide all the information possible for the key being sold". They really have no idea about customer service.

I sent the correct code number for keys to be cut..even sent a pic..however keys cut did not fit.
Customer service I thought was below standard,no refund offered,or keys to be recut.

The key is inappropriate
The key is inappropriate; it doesn't fit into the battery lock of the Fatbike V20 Pro Mini, and it actually cost me 41 euros. Is that reasonable?

Regarding the product image, the key shown on the right-hand side (with the red cap) is there to indicate which type of Givi key the product is compatible with, as there are two different types. The key shown on the left is the actual key that is supplied with your order.
We do explain this on the product page, but my apologies if this was overlooked or wasn’t clear.
