very very bad
in less than 2 years, they have changed the contract terms in their favor for as many as 3 times, we ended up paying an exaggerated amount without even being able to unwind. there is no way to verify payments in real time and their website is crap. i contacted their customer service messaging service asking them for the pec to give an official cancellation and they refused to give it to me. i strongly advise you against getting fuel cards from these scammers

I have used Wex for over 2 years for a fleet of 60+ vehicles. Zuzanna is brilliant to work with excellent communication throughout with competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.
Brilliant service
Zuzanna is my account manager and I have received the best service ever. Zuzanna rings every week to check that everything is ok and any problems are solved very efficiently. We have had a few fuel card accounts over several years and they all promise to ring you weekly which very rarely happens but Zuzanna goes above and beyond and it has put my faith back in customer service. Keep up the good work

Latest they took a penny more from my bank than the reciept stated it may only be a penny but it's still wrong, along with not applying my discount. Having spent over a month trying to sort it they have now withdrawn another amount from my bank, leaving me over a hunfred pound out of pocket,

Good service worth the extra cost
Our account manager Haaris is good at calling weekly to ensure that we have the best rate for the week going forward. It is a shame about the monthly fuel card fees but the service makes up for the slight extra expense.

WEX and in particular our account manager Haaris have been excellent to us. Haaris always makes sure he understands our company's needs and works quickly to resolve any issues that arise whilst keeping the relationship and keen pricing. I rate the service we receive from WEX and Haaris in particular very highly.
Fantastic Fuel Card
We have been using the Wex Card for a number of years now, they have always generally been consistently competitively priced. We also love the fact you can collect Nectar points with this fuel card, which is a very rare treat these days to get any sort of reward for fuelling up.
I also have a fantastic account manager Annabel who will check in with me weekly to see how things are going, and if the price isn't quite right she works hard to try and ensure she gets our business the following week.
Wex has been one of the best fuel cards we have ever had as a transport business. Thank You Wex.
Charged incorrectly, impossible to get a resolution from Customer Services
I was charged incorrectly during a promotional period when I should have been receiving 10p off a litre. I raised this with customer services on the 1st May, and followed it up 4 times before receiving a single response on the 15th May advising my promotion would be extended.
To date (30th May) I have followed this up a further 4 times and am still yet to have a resolution to my query. It seems most if not all emails go unanswered and it is extremely difficult to get hold of Customer Services.

Just completed a 3,000 road tour across France. Went to use my Wex Esso Fuel card at Esso garages which are 99% unmanned and was unable to use the fuel card. What a complete waste of time.

Watch out! Taking charges for cards without notice, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask! Recieved a letter today the third of April which was dated the 28th of March from Esso fuel cards stating there would be a £5 charge per card from the first of March ?? instead of giving their customers a months warning about the charges they choose to take the charges first and tell them a Month later? hows that work? what sort of unscrupulous Business would treat their established customer base like that? " esso Fuel cards" thats who, having cancelled our account on the phone I was told to e mail the decision over , which I did within the hour , still not had a response even to confirm receipt of the e mail, worst possible company to deal with ever, dont be conned by these people they are truly ruthless.

Dit bedrijf onder 59956550 geregistreerd bij de Kamer van Koophandel in Breda, maakt er een puihoop van. Er is geen contact te krijgen, en als ze iets beloven voeren ze het niet uit. Ik denk dat ze problemen met de liquiditeit hebben, want ze betalen de door hen geinde borg niet terug. Nu moet ik waarschijnlijk gaan afboeken. Avoid
