WESTFIELD FASTENERS LIMITED Omdömen

Exceptional range of fittings, described in detail, very fair postage charges and fast response and delivery. Also helpful on the phone if necessary.

Wide range of nuts, bolts and other fasteners available with useful specs for sizes, strength ratings etc. Invaluable when you need a quality fastener and not just the cheapest thing from the hardware store.
I was able to buy the exact number of each fastener that I needed. Ordering was simple and delivery super fast with the default shipping option. Great service and highly recommended.

I have had excellent service over many years from Westfield Fasteners. Delivery is always prompt and I've never had a mistake in the order.

Clear and informative website that is user orientated, good product options, choice of quantities and clear statement re corresponding cost. Clear statement re basket total.

Well packed parcel, and clearly marked batches within. FedEx made their contribution re a good delivery.

The product quality received was excellent e.g. the feel of the nuts on the bolt threads was good and consistent.

Great website. Accurate and detailed description of products. Provides goods that are difficult to source locally.
Easy to order.

An Absolute joke. Will not accept returns if your a business but will allow returns if your NON business. A phone call to trading standards I believe.

Please be careful when ordering!

Business user 🤪🤪🤪

9-11mm and 12-14mm A2 stainless clips ordered and delivered within 2 days.
Excellent service.

Very easy, fast and efficient service and good quality products

Never received the product although the package was small enough to go through the letter box and supposedly delivered by post office. What would you do about it I wonder?

Always have what I need in stock, easy ordering process and delivery is quick.
Just what you need.

Excellent service, fast delivery (to a remote area), first class communication from start to finish and a brilliant range of quality products
Westfield Fasteners show how this should be done!

The Westfield fasteners website is excellent. It is easy to navigate and has pictures of the products also as soon as you put in the quantity it gives you the price,if you ring them up the sales are always helpful and if they say they will send it out that day they always do

I’m not one for writing reviews, so this goes to show how bad the service is.

Zinc plated bolts came rusty and generally poorly finished. Only offered to replace the worst one in the pack.
Seem to think an acceptable excuse for poor finish on the other set is ‘they’re hard to get hold of’.
Washers packs wrongly filled, so some sizes incorrect, wouldn’t believe it and told me it’s the ‘tolerance’. Not a full bolt size out it isn’t.
Generally unhelpful and unable to admit they have made a mistake and won’t talk on the phone.
So now I’m in a situation; i have no trust in them sorting and returning the correct parts because they deem the rusty finish acceptable. And their ability to pick the right parts is questionable.

In short, use someone else for quality and service.

Great service, items exactly what I wanted. Dispatched and arrived faster than expected.👍😊

Very helpful staff, very quick turn around and very convenient.

This is the second order place with Westfield over the past weeks I ordered bolts for our furniture range at Lloyd Looms. Good service and communication on both occasions and speedy delivery. Will be continuing to use them for our on going requirement's.

Got what I wanted in stock and promptly delivered
