Ordered Tallow cream in April. Was never shipped! They then charged me the following month again! This order also never arrived/was never shipped. Completed scam, wish i had read the reviews first.

Still waiting on delivery one pair came second one still waiting. Co emails back in route but when I track shows postage due not to be covered. I should have read other reviews first. Order two pair on cloud. Over a month ago

I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews and read them before I ordered. They’re selling China made hoka shoes. Absolute garbage. Do not order from this company.

they are scammers do not buy from this company they will not send you anything you will never get in contact with them never get your money back please do not make the same mistake I made and waste your money

I ordered in April..still waiting for that order. I've been charged 4 different times with different order numbers. They won't respond to any emails. Absolutely ridiculous

Do not use. I ordered back in April and 2 months later have still not received my items. I have just noticed after reading other reviews that they have been charging me £46 a month for a subscription. Have deleted my payment details from their Website

Took my money and never sent the product. They do not reply to emails and the parcel tracking number can not be tracked. SCAM

Complete and utter scam. Horrible products and they will continue to charge your card and will do nothing to assist until you contact your bank for it to stop. SCAM! Never buy anything for these people

Worst experience ever. They keep charging my card. wont stop the subscription and I've emailed them 4 times. Do not buy from this company or you will get put on a subscription and charged repeatedly against your will. AND they never write back or contact back. so annoying. what a garbage company.

This is a scam. Ordered and charged for it in April. Wrote to them in May asking where it was. They then placed yet another other, charged my credit card. Wrote another email, no response. Fortunately my card company says they will do investigation and will be refunding my money

Nothing but a scam! Reporting them to my bank as a fraudulent company. Watch out they will charge you multiple times and you never receive the products. AVOID

SCAM. Ordered a buy-one-get-one product, received a shipping notice but the tracking doesn’t work and the product never arrived.

First of all: The option to give 0 stars should be made available. Secondly this is a super fraudulent "company" I can't imagine how many people they are ripping off. I placed an order on April 16th and got a confirmation email. Not long after that, another email that my "subscription was created" nowhere in the checkout process was it noted that this would be a subscription purchase but I told myself I would wait to receive the product before cancelling it. Well, the product never came. I sent 6 emails with no response, the tracking number was not even being found. I tried calling a number they have listed on their website and kept getting an after hours message. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank and they got my money back almost instantly. My only concern now is that there are so many people who order things and forget, or don't know you can file a dispute with the bank and all their money is just being taken. This is absolute BS for lack of a better phrase! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN and read reviews on any other companies you order from because it seems like these types of scams are becoming more and more frequent.

They take your money, provide a fake tracking number, don't respond... Then process another order a month AFTER no matter how much you purchased initially. Authorities need to shut them down.

I would love to give them a 0 rating!! I placed an order for a buy one get one free of Ormus oil on 4/23/25! I have not received anything yet!! I have emailed them numerous times but no response!! I have no other way of finding out about my order!!
