I had intended to order the coffee booster but the aggressive selling that followed on the order form , which I didn’t want any of, was automatically added tripling the cost . This was taken from my bank instantly. I tried contacting wellaray, no joy, and phoned my bank. They said they could do nothing until I disputed this with Wellaray. I said that I had found so many reviews saying that this was normal practice for this company and there is little hope of a refund. Don’t order from them . Sorry to say that looking into the product now it seems that there is no evidence of it working as a slimming aid either. Awful business practice.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! -stars if I could. Disgraceful company. I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of me realising that they had charged me £105.83 when I ordered £15.99 worth of product. They took money and said couldn’t cancel and to return the order upon receipt. Absolute scam, should be closed down. You have to pay return and ensure it is tracked so not cheap. As I said absolute disgraceful company, aggressive sales techniques and I don’t know how the staff sleep at night 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Awful Awful Awful, avoid this company like the plague. I thought id try it with their special offer of £17-99 they ended up charging me £105, they added extra to my order, without my knowledge and didnt sell me the first 3 at the reduced offer of £17-99, they charged the full price. Trying to sort this problem out was worse than pulling my teeth out. I just cant get a refund, I even asked PayPal to sort it and they couldn't get my money back either. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMER COMPANY.

Please do not order from this company. They scam you out of more money than you think you are paying. Add extra items to your order before you realise it and when you make contact to cancel your order (which was within 20 minutes) they state they can't because the items have already been dispatched. I will take this further.

When I purchased the product, I added my info, it preloaded my address. I quickly entered. I then realized the address was incorrect. Tried to go back in to fix the address. Would not let me. There was no approval or cancel button. It then asked me to add another product to my order. I did not agree to that. I contacted them to cancel my order. They have refused to do so. I now have an additional charge for something I did not order.

Absolute nightmare company.I ordered the advertised two pack of slimming additive and when asked to check and confirm the order,you can't. So now I have a bill for £215.78 which the bank can't stop until the product has arrived! Then I can dispute it. No way of contacting the company . BEWARE.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order for 1 bundle of 3 booster a one-time purchase for 59.00 paid by PayPal and they double charged me as they added another order & charged 124.00 plus added auto ship. I made sure when I ordered it was for the one order as well as one time purchase. Contacted them immediately and they told me it had already shipped, could not cancel. That was within a few minutes after I ordered. I will never do business with them again; you cannot trust them.

Total scam, I cancelled order 5 minutes after placing as price shot up. Apparently I wa too late to cancel. Absolute joke. Scam through and through

Haven't yet received product so have open mind on that score,I hope it will be good.The trouble is I haven't knowingly ordered the product .I ordered 3 of a kind so that it has a chance to work and it was at discount price .After you make your selection there comes a flurry of other products you didn't ask for and each time the new product comes on screen there is an instruction to press the button if YOU DONT WANT IT.RIDICULOUS.Nornally you press button if you want something.This means the seller could add ten other products "You might want" and if you not quick to spot what's going on you get charged for the additional 10 items.While that might not be illegal I consider it unethical marketing .Also when I found out I got charged for unwanted items I emailed them to refund me the unwanted items money.I was told that the process of sending has already started and I can't pull out or words to that effect .Also I was buying in Australia and was being charged in US dollars and it was not made clear .I just saw the postage at $4.95 and that would be too cheap if sent from USA.So I assumed it was the local currency .
