Sarah and Ann Marie carried out our residents eye tests today. They both made our residents feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing.

Sarah and Ann Marie where great with the residents while visiting our home, All the residents enjoyed chatting with them and made them feel comfortable and at ease while having there eyes tested

Maria and her team are fantastic, patient, and professional. They go over and above to ensure every person has a good optician experience in a care home. Their team and efficient and supportive to a consistentl changing environment with different people and get to know each individual. I previously worked with them and had to get them into my new service!

Connect Eyecare were introduced to us last year when our Mum could no longer go to specsavers as she moved to a care home. The process was easy, she had an eye test at the home, she chose frames that she liked but best of all, her name was inscribed on the arm of the glasses!

The screw unfortunately fell out 6 months later. I contacted Connect Eyecare & they fixed the glasses on site, a couple of days later. Impressive!

Sarah and Ann Marie came this afternoon to see 3 of my residents. Very professional and courteous towards staff and residents.

I cannot fault their service. The two staff who visited my mother in her care home to test her eyes were not only very professional, they were very good at dealing with an older person with poor hearing. Also, the new spectacles were produced and delivered very promptly.

Based upon recent experience, I only have the most positive impression of the service that was provided for my mum. The feedback to me and communication has been excellent and thorough, enabling me to understand fully the procedures that had been undertaken and the progress of the order. Most importantly though is my mum’s experience. She was impressed by the care and attention at the time and care taken at the initial visit and the choice of spectacles offered and, although aged 96 and physically fragile, she is not easily impressed. She looked forward to receiving her glasses eagerly and is now very happy with the look, fit and improvement in her vision. Therefore, I am very happy and struggle to find any fault with the carefully thought out structure of the service and the level of detail and care given throughout.
