I ordered a replica college football jersey with personalized name and # and it arrived within a month (ordered 3/27-arrived 4/15) there wasn't any commication after the order other then a receipt, then on the about 4/10 I got tracking information and it arrived shortly after. It's a fabulous jersey, be patient and it's worth the savings. This isn't Amazon.

I would rate negative stars if I could. Ordered 2 jerseys end of February and still haven’t received them and they are refusing to refund my money. HUGE SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I've ordered 4 NHL hockey jerseys from 4 different teams over a 6 month span from this place. It takes around 4-5 weeks for you to get it. This timeline was consistent with all my orders. That's the only negative in my experience. The quality was just as good as one from fanatics imo. Pretty great actually and all my sizes, names, and numbers were all correct. Which was really surprising. Definitely worth the price if you don't mind waiting around a month to get. If you want your stuff right away then this may not be for you. Will definitely be using again.

This company is fraud. I ordered a custom jersey size adult XL. They sent me a child jersey. I requested a refund. They asked me to send measurements of the jersey I received. I sent numerous pictures and again requested to start a refund. They sent me back a response saying " order complete "
They state on their page that they have a 30 day refund policy. It must have tags on, which it does, and receipt of purchase, which I have as well as the company has my order number because they continue to refer to it. Every email after that was ignored. There is no contact number to call. I have report to the BBB. If you don't want to waste your hard earned money do not order from this fraudulent company. They also state that the products are made in the USA, which they stated in my email their products are made overseas and then shipped to California. Again fraudulent advertising.

The quality of the jerseys are great! They made great gifts for my family. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery process, as I was missing one jersey, but the customer support team was swift to inform me about the missing jersey.

Not only did it take forever and a day to receive my order but I was extremely disappointed when I noticed that the XL that I ordered seemed to be quite a bit on the XS side. I wasted $80 for something that cannot be worn now. Needless to say, I would steer clear of this company. You definitely don’t get what you pay for. Absolutely horrible.

I wish I could give negative stars. This place/people are complete FRAUDS & CONS!! I ordered a jersey on Dec 3 and heard absolutely NOTHING from them until Dec 23 when I filed a dispute with my credit company and stopped payment. Lo and behold, I finally get a message from them saying they're sending out my product...ONLY after these con artists realized their payment was stopped! Adding insult to injury, some bot emailed saying they will "offer" me a 15% refund for my "troubles". Take a wild guess what happened with that refund. I'm gonna make damn sure I write a review on every platform I can get my hands on so these garbage bags stop conning innocent people.

If I could give a negative star I would. They’re sizing is all wrong. They send you emails wanting pictures of what’s wrong. And then they just ignore you. Do not order from this company.

Waited over 30 days for a jersey. It came directly from China and turned out terrible! The jersey numbers and name on the back were not straight and look like a blind person sewed it! I now have to pay extra money to have it fixed!

33 days and still have not received my order.

This company is a fraud and scam. I ordered a jersey on Dec 2. Still nothing. Told them in email I wanted a refund. Said they refunded but nothing on by my PayPal or credit card. When I told them this, they said it was a technical issue on their part And I needed to open a dispute! Seriously? What idiots! DO NOT order. Lesson learned. When you try to open their website it is a site selling jerseys under other names!!!!!!! Shame on them.

Ordered a football jersey for my son on December 4. Just arrived at my door on January 7. I'm actually really impressed with the quality. Stitching seems great and everything looks really nice overall.

One small issue I have is with sizing. I honestly expected the jersey to be on the smaller side but that was most definitely not the case. I ended up going with a Youth S for my 5 year old and it fits him about 3 sizes too big it seems. All of is regular clothes are size 5T or youth XS so I figured a S would be the way to go here. He still loves it but just take that into account when purchasing.

There's a lot of complaints about shipping speed and tracking. Honestly, I think some of these people on here expected it to be delivered next day air! Just be patient and the tracking info should eventually update. For reference, I got a note about shipping info received on December 6. The tracking did not update again until December 30 when it departed the facility in China. Leaving China on December 30 and at my doorstep on January 7 is pretty good to me.

I ordered a jersey on November 29th and still not have received item. Tracking number shows same status as the day I received it. Email customer service is not helpful. Have gotten one response to say it was held up in customs and would be here in 5-7 days. That was on Dec 26th. And still nothing. Second email has gone unanswered. Do not buy from this company!

Update: as of today 1/12/26 the package has left china. First update ever given. Will update if I receive package.

Ordered an item and did not receive. I requested a refund and was informed by Wejersey.shop that a refund could not be issued because the item was in transit. I did receive a tracking number, but it has shown the same status since it was issued (over 4 weeks of waiting). The communication stopped after I asked for a refund the 2nd time. I had to file a dispute.

They never sent my jersey. Then they sent one and still have not received but after a month and half still says it’s on the way. Sophie Harris should be held accountable.

Ordered a jersey on December 4th and still didn’t receive it. Sophie,(contact) keeps giving me the runaround about customs. NEVER buy from this vender they are not legitimate and I have filled several complaints with FTC and BBB. They deserve no stars, I can’t believe I fell for this scam. Be aware of scam retailers, all the reviews are bad!!!!!
Update….finally received jersey 1/4/2026. I ordered a women's small and it is too small. I contacted Sophie regarding return policy. She sent an e mail telling me to take measurements and photos of the jersey and she would send them to vender. They would decide a course of action. The color of the jersey is also NOT Dodger royal blue!!!
Do not buy from this company, you will regret it!!!!!!

Ordered a jersey on December 2, 2025. Was Sunday tracking number, but there was no information. Requested information from company several times which they could not provide. Always had an excuse such as “overload at customs”. Did not realize this was something coming from China. Thought this was an officially licensed MLB product. When I complained, they offered me a 15% credit which would’ve been $12.64 on my total of $82.95.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with We Jersey Shop, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

They advertised a 4-day shipping time, yet it has now been over two months and I still do not have my order. That alone is unacceptable — but it only gets worse.

Customer service is practically nonexistent. I have sent multiple emails and messages asking for updates and a refund, and I either receive no response or vague copy-and-paste replies that lead nowhere. There is no real way to speak to a person, and they offer no clear refund or cancellation option, even when they completely fail to deliver. I still don’t have my order and the company refuses to process a refund. SCAM!

Ordered a jersey NOT personalized. It’s been 21 days and still waiting. When I inquire I get the working on it. What is there to work on with a jersey that is NOT personalized?? This is a gift for a 10 year old grandson. His only gift!!! Paying over $80 dollars and this is the service you get? I WANT MY PRODUCT
