This is the second time I've used Weight Loss Resources, with great success. If you keep strictly to the plan plus exercise you will lose weight but remember this is only the beginning.The hard part is to keep it off but it's worth the effort. Thanks to all the team.

It’s a very honest website with loads of really useful information and support to anyone wanting to lose weight. It isn’t expensive and it doesn’t try to sell you any particular foods, drinks, meal replacements or any other gimmicks. There are lots of people logging into the forum every day and a wide range of topics, diet and other are covered. Well worth a try.

I LOVE this site. I have been using WLR on and off for years. In Jan I made the decision to really commit to my weight loss “New decade/new Me”, so I came back to WLR as I love how easy this site is to use. I use the “Create A Recipe” function every day when I am cooking. I simply create a recipe for a family favorite meal so I can see the actual calories in what I am cooking which then helps me get the portion sizes right. This has transformed how I put meals together and cook. Once I have saved a recipe I can just click and add that meal to my daily food tracking in the future. The site also has thousands of ready meals and grocery items in the database making it simple to track the foods I am eating.
The other bit I love about this site is you can set up your own NUTRITION PROFILE. My profile fits a KETO lifestyle with my Macros set for 70% Fat, 20% protein and 10% carb. Being new to KETO figuring out the MACROS was the most challenging part of this lifestyle. WLR makes tracking the MACROS easy. The site also lets you track your activity like walking and gardening and even cleaning to give you extra calories to consume for the day. Love that bit! All I can say is using WLR every day and really tracking what I am eating and my activity has helped me achieve a 2.5 stone weight loss with one final stone to go to reach a goal weight I have not seen in 15 years. If you love to cook this is in my opinion one of the best sites out there to track home cooking. I highly recommend WLR to anyone who is serious about losing weight.

Always helpful, and despite the horrid virus, always there!
Logging your food and drink every day is not just one way of doing it. It's the only way, regardless of which regime or eating plan you choose. I stopped for a while when I was unwell, and regained the weight, but as soon as I restarted, I was back on track.

Fantastic app , every food easily listed and calculated . Nutritional analysis. Targets and progress easy to see. Add in exercise to earn extra calories, fun challenges to spur you on and best of all , a wonderful support team to answer any questions promptly.
