I had an issue where my item wasn’t…
I had an issue where my item wasn’t arriving but once I finally was able to get through I received a phone call and they sorted it out and sent it out again via express I did get my item it was in perfect condition .

You get what you pay for
Grey import product - after returning the item and some emails back and forth, I received my refund. Even though the payment was delayed the customer service team was fairly responsive to my emails and understanding and apologetic of my frustration with the delay.

Due diligence
I ordered a product and it took for ever to arrive, with lots of requests for help with the parcel and it taking months to arrive and never did, they sent out another one.
I almost thought it’s not going to happen, until today when the second one actually arrived.

Never received item after four weeks
After four weeks of waiting I never received my item. Communication was good, with my weekly emails asking where my item was even though I paid for express post, being replied to by their support person Nerinda saying that 'circumstances beyond their control' was causing a delay. That is up until I asked for a refund, then suddenly none of my emails were getting a response. Luckily PayPal refunded the cost within a couple of days and I was able to purchase from a more reputable seller (Amazon) albeit at a more expensive price.

From fake to fair
Weekly sales have put in a lot of effort to repair a bad relationship between us. Unfortunately, they accidentally sent me out a pair of fake AirPods. Not only did they refund the purchase price, they aided in purchasing a pair elsewhere.

Scam alert
Since posting my original review and complaining to Weekly Sales about receiving fake AirPods they said they have refunded me. Now after waiting 6 working days for my payment to come through they are saying there is a “problem processing my payment” 🙄 and saying they will now refund me only if I remove my negative review. Earlier, I also asked for a legitimate receipt of the refund and they said they would only send a receipt if I removed my review 🙄. I would score them -5 if I could.

Scammers
These guys are crooks. They are sending out fake AirPods to people. The point of sale page doesn’t even say they are “apple” AirPods. Don’t get scammed!
