Have not sent items out in over a week completely ignoring my emails and customer service are a joke avoid

I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Their products are excellent and always match the size chart. The customer service team is very helpful, and delivery is quick. They also have a generous loyalty program, which I really appreciate. I have no complaints at all!

I ordered a polo top when checking my email it stated a xs I did not order this size. I got in touch with customer services straight away explaining what happened they said they would refund my money and for me then to place another order and pay again with the size that I need. Why they couldn’t just amend the size on the order I do not know. Will not be ordering from here again.

I’m shocked to read the bad reviews about this company. I’ve received an exceptional customer service, particularly from a lady called Nicole.
When I had an issue with my return she was really helpful and the issue, even though it wasn’t really their fault, it was yodels, was solved brilliantly.

customer support is non existent. I returned an item and they wont refund it after spending hours chasing them. they just keep saying they will look into it. im down 100. avoid

Customer service is poor. Some items were out of stock from the order and one of the ones they sent was 3 sizes too big! I was asked to return, but there are issues with the postage label they sent me and I’m waiting for one that works until then I have no refund and a 2XL shirt!

Brought my grandson some tracksuit bottoms and matching T shirts for Xmas and the bottoms have completely worn away and I have had to throw them in the bin. Very poor quality for the prices they charge. However the T shirt is excellent . Do not recommend and won't buy again.

Overshirts, jackets and sweatshirts are always top quality but recently the t-shirts have gone downhill MASSIVELY being way too big and being able to see through them

I've been buying from them periodically since the last seven years. Never have beeen a great experience in terms of time of delivery and customer service, but quality and design was ok.

Latest order was done on the 24th November. Christmas present. The product was stucked at Spanish customs for almost one month and nothing was done from their side eventhough I was writting to them from time to time. Customs sent back the parcel to UK at the beginning of January. By then they were just offering to send the order back to Spain or to make refund.

After informing them to send the order back, they sent me a message saying that that one of the products had a fault and that there was not more of this on stocks...

So after close to two months of confirming and paying the order, I didn't receive nothing, but obviously the refund.

I am sorry, but even being a loyal customer after so many years, I will not buy again from them neither recommend to anyone.

J'ai contacter la plateforme il me propose un remboursement ou un renvoi je leur expliquer que j'etait pas contente de leur service depuis 2 ou 3 jour plus de nouvelle donc 200 euro envoler . Je déconseille fortement a fuir déjà 1 étoile c'est trop il aurai fallu avoir zéro .

Just bought an overshirt for my son although sizing seems to run big you need the size below in my opinion, the quality was really impressive. Very fast delivery as well

Was sent a text from courier to advise order would be delivered by 3pm so took a half day from work. Order never showed. Emailed customer service who replied 3 days later to advise it’s been delivered today. When I proceeded to advise I emailed Friday and with the issue, I got the cheekiest response! Rude customer service and not the ‘customer care’ team they label themselves to be. Order elsewhere!

Items came to me well packed, the best I've seen for a while. As for the items themselves, these were of great quality. Absolutely love it and will order again.

I love w/o the best fing about it are the jackets top quiltey they use different materials all the time people say this brand POOR or and CHEAP CAN jogg on becuse I had bigger better brands that has gone awful and this has lasted.

Very impressed with the clothing and the service, top clobber will be ordering again!

I bought a shirt in the recent sale, with postage was less than 16 pound.

I'm so happy with it. Fit, quality, fabric, speedy delivery, great email comms, and to top it off I got an absolute bargain

The item was the pollomori long sleeve shirt in sky blue

Bought item and paid, received confirmation only to then recieve email stating out of stock. No automatic refund you have to reply to email asking for refund then wait days for it to process back. Won't use again
