Excellent company ..stylish items at affordable prices ..must have at least close to 100 coats and jackets..also got jeans, hoodies, t-shirts and sweatshirts..at present I be shortly acquiring the new sangudo jackets.. definitely the number 1 company for casual wear..keep up the good work lads

Ho acquistato due t-shirt e una felpa in taglia XL per il mio ragazzo, che indossa da sempre questo marchio. Purtroppo i capi arrivati sono enormi: la t-shirt XL ha una larghezza petto di ben 75 cm (misura da 3XL/4XL!). Sul sito non era specificato da nessuna parte che si trattasse di modelli oversize. Quando ho contattato il servizio clienti mostrando le foto con il metro, ho ricevuto solo risposte automatiche copia-incolla che mi invitavano a "guardare la tabella taglie", ignorando totalmente l'evidenza. Per fare il reso dall'Italia avrei dovuto pagare più di 30€ di spedizione, oltre a subire la trattenuta di tasse e dazi doganali. Mancanza totale di trasparenza nelle descrizioni dei prodotti e un servizio clienti robotico che non aiuta il cliente. Non acquisterò mai più da loro. Pessimi.

Very poor service from Weekend Offender. My partner and I are very loyal customers. My partner has around 30 crew neck T-shirts. I purchased two in his usual size and they were oversized fit.
After a lot of conversations they have finally admitted they’ve changed their supplier of T-shirts and the full details of the size guide and fit are stated on the website. No they are not!! The sleeves are elbow length, the neckline wider and the T-shirts are a relaxed fit.
As they are my partners usual size I took the labels off ready to iron so he could wear it, but when he tried it on it drowned him. If you are going to change the supplier, let your customers know. They are going to have so many disappointed customers. They have just lost two of them

Title: Nearly 7 weeks waiting for delivery – no clear resolution from Weekend Offender and DHL
I ordered from Weekend Offender and have now been waiting almost 7 weeks for my delivery. The entire process is still not properly resolved.
Initially, the wrong item was sent. I had to return it at my own expense. Only after the incorrectly delivered parcel arrived back at the company was my actual order even shipped. Throughout this process, I have repeatedly followed up (at times daily), but without any real progress or clear resolution.
There was also no transparent communication during the shipping process via DHL. The tracking information was inconsistent and never provided a clear or reliable delivery status.
What is especially disappointing is the communication from both sides. Both Weekend Offender and DHL mainly respond with generic standard replies, without taking responsibility or offering a concrete solution.
As a form of “goodwill,” I was only offered a bucket hat, which is not appropriate given the circumstances. After nearly 7 weeks, there is still no proper final resolution.
I therefore expect this case to be escalated to management level at both companies and properly investigated.I need to clarify that the statement about a refund for return postage is not correct in my case. I have not received any reimbursement for return shipping costs.
The main issue also remains unresolved: after nearly 7 weeks there is still no clear delivery or final resolution of my order.
I would appreciate accurate updates that reflect the actual status of the case, as well as a concrete solution rather than general statements that the matter is already resolved.
I am still waiting for a proper final resolution.

Absolutely awful service Ordered a jacket and pair trainers nearly 2 weeks ago DPD FAILED TO DELIVER I CALLED WEEKEND OFFENDER SPOKE TO A LADY WITH A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE DIDNT EVEN ASK IF I WANTED TO REORDER AND DIDNT EVEN APOLOGISE WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND CLOSING ACCOUNT

This company has one of the best customer services ive ever used. Always happy to help out and always friendly and answer back sraight away. Cant fault there products either. Keep you up to date when new releases are out as well. Definitely ten out of ten on the customer services. Think its usually Louise/Nicole i speak with.
