Everything turned out perfectly!
I had ordered a best groom ever mug and I received it soon than expected. When I opened it the mug just said groom and my husbands name on the other side. I was very disappointed because it was less than a week to the wedding and I wanted to give it to my groom on the morning of our wedding. I contacted wedding star right away and the customer service person who dealt with me was kind, understanding and compassionate! She corrected the mistake immediately and I got the mug before my wedding. I would highly recommend Weddindstar! I will definitely use them in the future.

Rock hard gum in double bubble gum machine
Not too happy.. I ordered some double bubble gum ball machines for a party favour. They shipped quickly and are cute but were very inexpensive and must be old inventory because the gumballs although individually wrapped were hard as a rock! Thankfully I opened and tried one otherwise I would have been giving away terrible favours. I had to open each one and refill with fresh gumballs. Still very cute once I refilled them:)

Amazing Favour
Do it for the gram bottle openers are going to be the PERFECT addition to our welcome bags for our destination wedding. They arrived in good time, and are much more stunning in person than I could have hoped. You do have to put them together, which I knew cause I read the fine print, but for some that could be an issue, not for me.

Had to get a last minute bridal shower gift. Got a cute, personalized embroidered night set. The best part was it arrived 3 days before expected which was almost a week before I needed it. No more stress!

Was very disappointed learning that I had to order a whole new item simply because they wouldn’t even send me plain jewelry cushion/holder without the personalization.
