I ordered a paper parasol and an engraved terrarium ring box for my upcoming wedding.

The parasol and ring box are beautifully made but there was an issue with the engraving, specifically a typo in the date section.

I checked my receipt (thinking I had made a mistake in the personalization), but it turned out I had submitted the correct info and it was the printer had made the error.

I contacted their support right away with a photo to clarify the issue and heard back from them RIGHT AWAY!

They immediately sent me a replacement (seriously it arrived about 2 days later and I'm clear across Canada from them, haha)

Anyway, now I have a new ring box that I love dearly and I will gladly recommend them to any couples I know getting married in the future 💕

Awesome customer service. I made an order then wanted to order more, did the live chat. They solved the problem right away! Put in the request to cancel the order for me and u went ahead and made the bigger order. Super pleased with customer service. Was ready to be shipped the next day! Brilliant

I give this 0 stars... bought 10 of these cameras for my wedding day and they are crap. 5 of them couldn't be developed cause of expired film. And the other 5 only got 6-8 photos each... what a horrible product. DO NOT BUY . I wasted more them enough money on this garbage and I didn't even get 1 good photo from it. Crap Crap Crap

Customer service is good once then non exist after problem keeps happening, ordered 100 decks of playing cards, they were the most unprofessional cards I’ve ever seen, backs didn’t match at all. Questioned them about them and they sent 100 more promising that they would have better quality control and they ended up being worse. Don’t expect quality from this company.

Where to begin? I ordered custom playing cards with expedited shipping and based on the website should have had them in time for my event. That did not happen. I was never informed of the delay; I found out after constantly checking the status of my order only to see it still showing “processing” two days before I should have received them. There is no phone number to call, and the chat feature does not work. Even the link to email did not work. I finally got a hold of someone who informed me that their equipment was down and I would be receiving my order a week later than expected. I finally received the order today and I am beyond disappointed. The cards are supposed to be coated as playing cards should be but they are not. They feel like regular card stock; in other words cheap. The cards were not sealed in any way simply placed in a plastic container with the company branding on it. I’m not sure if I even want to give them away.

Ordered the black wristwatch for my groomsmen. The engraved text on the preview was centered, but each of the watches is off-center now that they've arrived.

Ordered an easel,

It was made out of the cheapest material available (could have assembled it myself). Flimsy, half finished, looked horrible and was too small. I went to the effort of completing their return form and was informed by UPS that the package was 65 dollars to return. Which would bring the overall shipping amount paid to 80 dollars for a 50 dollar product worth about 5 dollars.

DO NOT BUY from this website.

ordered a cake topper and it looked nothing like the picture the paint was horrible and missing spots, I contacted them and they never replied. Trash

I ordered wine labels and tags for my sons wedding. Both were absolutely beautiful, great quality and color. Unfortunately I didn't confirm the number of labels in the package whrn i received them and the week before the wedding, when I started labeling the bottles, I realized the order was 19 labels short! I contacted them and they immediately couriered the remaining labels to the opposite coast of Canada and I got them in ample time. All businesses have hiccups and their true customer service skills are shown with how they handle those situations. Very pleased with their prompt and courteous service and would definitely use them again .

If you’re not picky about the personalization print quality then you will be happy with the products. Not all print on the glass wear I ordered was the best of quality some faded ink areas and or not centred to the glasses.
