Definitely got correct email address, double checked order sheet and email sent. In email I detailed that the fascinator had a loose feather (lying in bottom of box) and I attached a photo. If u email directly I can attach a copy of original email. Once I receive a full refund, I will delete the review.

Ordered fascinator from them and when I opened the box there was a loose feather at the bottom. Took photo and emailed them, requesting full cash refund as damaged and also not the correct colour for my outfit. Two emails later and have still not received a response. I have returned the item recorded delivery so will wait on outcome
