We needed to have the stairlift in our parents home removed. We buy any stairlift.com were brilliant! Great communication throughout.. the engineer James was fantastic he arrived on time was professional friendly and did a first class job removing all the equipment with the minimum of fuss. We were given the price quoted and we are happy that the equipment can be reused somewhere instead of scrapped which is what we were told by stannah who installed it. Thank you ! I cannot recommend this company enough

All the people I spoke to were really friendly and helpful.
Jordan, who removed the stairlift, was great; cheerful, efficient and fast. I admired the way he maintained his primacy in the drive for his van over the scaffolding crew (who were a week late!) Impressive negotiating 😊

Removal of Stairlift
Ashley arrived early for the appointment but let me know in plenty of time, the whole process was easy from booking to removal of the stairlift. He was friendly and empathetic as this was my late mums house. Highly recommended.

The we buy any stairlift engineer came early and only took half an hour to remove the stairlift. I was paid and he loaded the dismantled lift into his van.
