I submitted an enquiry for a quote and received a call from Aaron very shortly afterwards and then an email to kindly and politely inform me that our camper van was too old and as a non-runner they were unable to accept and sell on. Aaron was kind, polite and extremely helpful and emailed me with other emails so I could enquire with them. 10/10 customer service!

A positive and professional service.
We recently had a very positive experience with We Buy Any Campervan.
My initial contact was with Keeley who was friendly, helpful and professional. There was a little back and forth until we arrived at a mutually agreed price and then the sale went through smoothly with no unexpected surprises.
We then agreed a collection day which was arranged for a few days later. I received a text confirming the appointment including the names of the assessors who would check over the vehicle to confirm all the details we had supplied by email were correct.
After taking the van for a test drive, (I was welcome to go along) Nick and Johnathan handled all the paperwork and were very patient.
All-in-all we were very pleased with the result and Keeley, Nick and Johnathan were a pleasure to deal with.

What a very simple and hassle free experience
What a very simple and hassle free process. I filled out the online form with my van details and within half an hour I got a call from a very friendly purchaser, we discussed my van details and the process involved, we discussed the price that I was after, this was followed by a bit of haggling until we finalised on a price. To suit me three days later three very friendly drivers arrived at my vans location, inspected it with a short test drive, dealt with all of the paper work, transferred all of the agreed monies into my account and drove off. Exceptionally simple and hassle free, I would thoroughly recommend, you won't get as much as selling privately but the convenience for me was easily worth what extra money we may have got.
