Asked for a quote in February
Asked for a quote in February. Sent off all relevant info. Didn’t hear anything back. Then got sent an email asking for feedback on my experience in mid March. Weird as I never got a quote. Called back to ask again, was told Keeley would call me back. Never did. Then got an email saying ‘sorry you’ve decided not to sell your motorhome with us…’ still no quote. Called again, told a low ball park figure, asked for specific number. Said they’d have to call me back, never did. Literally useless don’t bother.

From the first phone call, Aaron was very informative and helpful. Letting us know what to expect from the sale of our motorhome to a trader.
When Jonathon and Greg arrived, they were very happy to go through what they needed to do, to check the vehicle over, and the paperwork they needed to check. They proceeded to check the vehicle thoroughly, explaining the process whilst doing so.

First class service from start to finish
I wanted a pain free way to sell my campervan. I was aware that selling through this medium would mean a lower price than if I sold privately but was willing to accept a lower offer for a pain free experience. The offer I got was fair, the service I got was first class. The buyer (Sam) was helpful and I felt I got a personalised service. The technicians that collected the vehicle (Dave and Alan) were punctual, informative and just nice people. I felt completely at ease all through the process and would recommend them to anyone selling their campervan or Motorhome. Just be realistic on the price you can expect to receive! They will be fair.

Very efficient from start to finish. Each stage was explained well and communication was excellent. The meeting with the Assessors was very pleasant, both David and Andy were very easy to deal with and again they went through everything with us and the transaction went through very smoothly. Smooth process from start to finish
Rang the company to discuss my reasons for selling. A price was agreed, not exactly what l wanted but if l wanted more l should have sold privately and l wanted a quick sale. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. When speaking to Jamie he explained everything, the process, buying, collection etc. Jamie was excellent in explaining and understanding my sadness at having to give up my van. The fee was agreed on Thursday, and today, 4 days later the van has been collected and the money in my account before the van left the drive. Jonathan and Ian who came to inspect and collect the vehicle were very professional in their assessment of the van, explaining what they were doing as they went along in the process of inspecting the van l was selling. I found them both very courteous and friendly but professional in their approach. Would recommend webuyanymotorcaravan for a quick no hassle sale.

From initial contact from Jamie to pick by Bob and Tim, the process was so easy and professional. No pushy salesmen, a fair and honest price and an extremely thorough and professional inspection, money exchange, and pick up. Make excuses about why price is low but nothing they didn't know before.
Because they had you believing you were going to get £££££ think you will take stupid offer.

We never intend to mislead customers. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible, and the prices we provide come from real-time feedback from dealers in our network, which is why they can sometimes change once everything has been fully reviewed.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & EFFORT
Total waste of time ! Received a call from Olivia who asked a few questions and said that one of her colleagues would be in touch for more details. Jamie Spencer-Pickup called and requested a few more details and mentioned that he would send through an email for more information. I duly completed all the information required and returned the email. A day later Olivia called to find out if I was still interested in selling the motorhome, I mentioned I had returned all the information requested. Seven days later and heard nothing. Very poor customer service and no communication to speak of. Don't waste your time ....
