Sent my iPhone 11 to them as they offered £100, I thought it was a bit high even though the phone was in good condition was expecting them to come back with a lower offer…. They did £5…. 🤣. Decided to phone and cancel offer as you can’t do it online????
After 30mins eventually got through were the person on the other end offered £15… I declined and asked that my phone be returned only to be told it would cost me £10.70… asked to speak to someone more senior, was put on hold for 10mins. The call handler came back and agreed to return free of charge.
In the small print it states if they do not hear from you within 7 days then they assume you have accepted their offer.
Absolute scam company!!!!

Offered me £110 for an IMMACULATE iPhone 12. Then revalued it at £5 once received. Not a mark on the phone.

I was initially quoted £240 for my iPhone 13 Pro in good condition, but after sending it in the offer was reduced to £65.

To their credit, they did provide a video of the inspection. However, the footage did not clearly show damage or wear to a level that would reasonably move the phone from “good” to “faulty” or justify such a large reduction in price. There was also no clear valuation breakdown explaining how the new figure was calculated.

Communication remained polite throughout and they did offer a free return of the device, which I accepted.

My advice to others is to be cautious with the initial quote, as the final offer can be significantly lower, and to make sure you are comfortable requesting your phone back if the revised price does not reflect its actual condition.

Unfortunately, this process did not feel transparent or reflective of the original valuation.

Do not use this company absolute scam artists.
Was offered offered 320 quid for my galaxy s23 ultra, knocked me down to 80 quid saying rear glass has come away from the case and has scratches all over the bezel. phone has lived in a case all its life and not a mark on it it's part from a little scratch on the screen. I gave my phone a thorough examination before carefully packing it away and it was nothing like they said. Absolute crooks.

I'm a bit mixed. I sent in an Iphone 13 and was offered £200. 11 months old, always lived in a case and screen protector. They offered me £110... saying screen had light wear, and how dust between the case and phone made marks on the back... says like BS to me.

Got the to come back upto £130. If I didn't need the money, I would have got them to send the phone back.

Horrific - got a £200 offer - phone was perfect bar one dint in the bottom, cosmetic didn’t affect use or screen etc etc - offered £50 🤣 rude arrogant pushy customer service advisors trying to force you to accept the offer despite me saying from the offset - send it back. I’m not a moron the metal is worth more than £55, likely it would be reposted for £350 within the hour. Insanity.

You say you buy ANY phone, well, this is NOT the case as i tried to sell my phone to you and you state you cant buy this phone so you are missinforming customers as your title is not true!

Submitted my phone, got a good price describing the condition as good, no signs of any scratches dents etc and +80 percent battery only for the company to down grade their offer stating my phone was fairly good. They said had I reported that I may have been offered a price nearer to what they originally stated. Anyway I made contact with the company and their representative Mudkan , quickly updated the offer understanding how I had graded my phone . Got £35 more than my provider Sky offered me. Money in my account the same day. Would have given the company 5 stars had they given initial advice how to grade phones, something for them to work on

Absolute scam! They advertise the highest price to get the business, but as per other reviews, unless the phone is brand new you won't get that price. My phone was in pristine conditon and I was 'offered' £505. They said it didn't meet the 'Good' criteria and offered my £320 for 'Pretty Good' condition. I challenged their assessment and they immediately offered me £35 extra which I refused and got the phone sent back. I went to Mazuma mobile who offered £455 for 'excellent' condition and the payment was processed within hours. AVOID WeBuyAnyPhone! as they use underhand sales tactics.

Please do not sell your phone with this company unless you have never used your phone since you have had it because that’s the only way you will get the price your offered what a joke of a website

Offered me £256 for my old phone that was in great condition. I have always had a cover and screen protector on it. They sent a video showing the phone with “damage” but video showed nothing of the sort! Offered me £115 so I called them and she increased by £10. Accepted it because I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle but would suggest other people avoid them! Total scam artists

Sent my phone off after being offered £235 for it as it was in mint condition, an iPhone 11 Pro Max.. and like everyone else (goddamn I wished I read reviews!!) got blagged into offer of £20!!!!!!!! as it was apparently faulty! Biggest load of cr*p I’ve ever heard! Total scam artist so please avoid at all cost!!!!!

Writing this in the hope that it will help someone else. Offered £249 for my phone, they tested it and came back with an offer of £45. It’s a complete scam, the phone is in great working order with very few scratches. I’ve since received £200 for it elsewhere. Please don’t use this company, they are total con artists. Their offers are complete insults

I was offered £306 for my iPhone, sent it off to them and they came back and said it had scratches on case and screen so offered £175. The phone has been in a case with screen protector since new !!

Had my phone for almost a week, received a text this morning saying there's an urgent issue with my trade in and none of the links to the website are working either from google or the text that's been sent.

not a great way to operate. Can someone contact me to discuss please?

This company is a scam! I have sent them my almost new phone which was only used by me for 2 weeks (had a case and screen protector for the whole time). I was given a quote of £340 taking into consideration the phone is in good condition and once it arrived at their inspection facility they had the audacity to lower the offer to £240 because according to them the phone is in “pretty good” condition. Avoid at all cost as they will make you lose money and time.

Avoid this company, they will never offer you close to the original quote. My phone came back as “faulty” yet passed all tests but had more damage than they classed as ‘Good’. £10.75 to get your phone back after they come back to you with a laughable offer. Their counter offer was less than O2 were offering me for a trade in (which O2 operate for charity purposes and admit is lower than would be expected selling privately).

I was quoted £176 for my iphone. I classed it as good condition as it had been cased and screen protected the entire time I had it. There was NO heavy marks. It passed ALL the functions. They offered me £55.
At the same time I sent my husbands phone which was had the EXACT assessment report, however they offered £110. I challenged this and they increased the value of my phone to £70. I asked for my phone back!! They will not give you what they quote!!

Avoid. Sell your phone to anyone else but these cowboys! Knocked off over £100 due to the most minor of wear. They offer a higher price to suck you in, then slash the price. I refused the offer and they charged me nearly £15 to post it back.
