I appreciated all the work to try to get me as high price as possible, but I still felt it was a little undervalued. Also, I was told it would take about 45 minutes to an hour when an actuality the whole thing took two hours. Tyrone, who worked with me was very nice however.

The service was very good; Leon knows his job and is a very attentive person. The only thing is that they didn't give me the price I would have liked, but since I needed the money, I had to accept it. However, the rest of the transaction and payment process was quick and efficient.

Overall it was easy. Leon was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Price was slightly above Carmax and location was 15 minutes away. Happy that it was hassle free and my uber was paid for.
