Leon did a great job with quoting my car and took interest with me as a person

SCAM....Very disappointing experience at the Delray Beach, FL location. Their website valued my 2020 RAM 1500 4x4 HEMI at $22,400. Before going, I spoke with Manuel and specifically asked if the final offer would be reasonably close after inspection. He said they would inspect the truck and give me a fair value.

When I arrived, they suddenly claimed I had entered the “wrong VIN,” even though their website had correctly identified my exact truck and we had already discussed it by phone. After looking at the truck, they offered only $16,000 — $6,400 less than the online valuation.
I understand an inspection can change the price, but this difference was ridiculous. I wasted my time going there based on their online valuation. In my experience, Carvana gave a much better offer and CarMax was more straightforward.
I would not recommend wasting your time here.

The representative was polite, but the valuation process clearly prioritizes the company’s benefit. My vehicle was marked as “odometer unknown” even though other methods could have been used to verify mileage and their own people checked previously the mileage, which significantly lowered the offer. The interaction was friendly, but the pricing strategy is rigid and designed to minimize payouts. I accepted the offer out of necessity, not because it was fair. Overall, the experience was not positive for me.
