We recently used Webbers Surveyors for a Level 3 survey on a property we're purchasing, and we were very impressed with the service provided.

The report was thorough, detailed and professionally presented; highlighting both the positive aspects of the property and the areas that may require attention in the future. One really important point is that the findings were explained in a balanced and practical way, helping us understand what genuinely required further investigation versus what could be considered normal maintenance for a property of this age.

The survey gave us confidence to make informed decisions during the purchase process and helped us focus our follow-up enquiries with solicitors and contractors. Communication throughout was excellent, and the report was delivered promptly.

We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone purchasing a property and wanting a comprehensive, professional survey.

Joss at Websters Surveyors carried out a Level 3 survey on a house for me. The report was extremely detailed and helped identify a number of issues that were not apparent from viewings and were relevant to the agreed sale price. Max was excellent throughout: very knowledgeable, approachable, and clear in the way he explained things. The survey itself was thorough and well organised, and the report was detailed but easy to navigate. I particularly liked the traffic light system, which clearly highlighted lower priority concerns through to the more urgent issues that needed attention.

Getting a full survey report back can feel overwhelming, but Websters made it much easier to understand. The follow-up call was especially helpful, as Max talked through the more pressing items, explained what they meant in practical terms, and helped us understand how they could be resolved.

Terrible experience with this company, asked us to complete a questionnaire that they clearly never reviewed. Didnt even know my name when they arrived, 2 hours as stated in their email and by the surveyor on arrival turned out to be 3.5 hours as they were just so slow. No communication on what they needed to do, just assumed they could go wherever they wanted without asking making us feel intimidated and violated in our own home. Then the report had errors and was just full of maybes, ifs and caveats that were completely incorrect and scared our buyer to almost pulling out. Spent weeks and my expense to correct their mistakes.

Very helpful service

From initial consultation, to onboarding, to receiving the report and discussing it with the surveyor, everything was really smooth. Thank you to Stuart and the team for their incredibly helpful guidance, taking the time to talk us through the process and explaining some of the more intricate details of the report. This was a Level 3 Survey so I expected a lot of detail but the report was incredibly thorough and the photos (including drone shots of roof and chimneys) really helped get a better idea of the property and surroundings.

Used Webster Surveyors for a level 3 building survey twice now and happy with their services. The reports they produce are detailed and clear, with lots of photos to illustrate the points. We also appreciate how responsive and easy to contact they are and how helpful they were in the follow up call, helping us understand the nuances in the survey and what next steps we may want to take given the information provided.

We booked Webster's for a Level 2 survey for the bungalow we are buying. We were very happy with the whole process, from quote to report. They were informative and responsive throughout.
