They do a good job for translation and…
They do a good job for translation and listing, just need to watch out for any items you need to block manually as they get listed automatically if you forget

easy ebay expansion
It provides a useful translation service for eBay which we've used for year now. it expands our eBay reach to many different countries. I dont use its other services so cant comment on those

Cobros inesperados, falta de transparencia y servicio deficiente
He trabajado con WebInterpret durante varios años confiando en que los costes se basarían únicamente en comisiones por venta, tal como se acordó telefónicamente con su representante Karen en 2017-2018. Sin embargo, de manera unilateral, comenzaron a aplicarnos una suscripción mensual y cargos adicionales “Performance”, sin nuestro consentimiento explícito, y enviando únicamente un email en inglés que no constituía autorización clara.
Tras revisar todas las facturas con nuestro contable, el importe cobrado indebidamente asciende a €2.276,25, una cantidad significativa para nuestra empresa familiar. Además, el servicio no ha contribuido a mejorar las ventas internacionales, y hemos sufrido pérdidas por desincronizaciones de stock y precios.
A pesar de nuestras reclamaciones y solicitudes de cancelación, intentaron cobrar más de manera no autorizada, lo que ya ha sido denunciado ante nuestro banco por posible uso indebido de datos bancarios. La comunicación con el equipo de soporte ha sido confusa y contradictoria, y el plan que ofrecen públicamente como “Starter” gratuito no refleja la práctica real aplicada a nuestra cuenta.
Recomiendo precaución a otros vendedores antes de contratar cualquier plan, y exijo que WebInterpret haga un reembolso completo e inmediato de los cargos no consentidos, así como que se ajusten a prácticas comerciales transparentes.

Según los registros de nuestro sistema, la suscripción se activó directamente desde su cuenta en el sitio web de Webinterpret. Por este motivo, los cargos mensuales se aplicaron automáticamente de acuerdo con los términos del plan.
Como se mencionó anteriormente, el plan Starter incluye una cuota mensual mínima cuando las comisiones por ventas no alcanzan la cantidad requerida. Esta información se indica claramente en la descripción del plan en nuestro sitio web.
