Overall very good, the odd glitch does occur and generally the customer service is good as well. I don't like the new AI customer service. But generally I would recommend them to a colleague.

Webinterpret does all the listing translation

Webinterpret does all the translation, currency conversion and listing on foreign eBay sites. Also they handle most of the EU regulations regarding maker, country of origin, and sales paperwork.

Pity the cost to a small user is a little prohibitive to have a larger audience.

Good value for money and great service

I have been using Webinterpret for many years and they been repsonsible for increasing my sales on various ebay marketplaces. The customer support is very good and now they even offer free return labels for any ebay returns.

Overall a good product

Overall a good product, sometimes have some issues with product synchronisation so you can oversell but this has got much better in 2025/2026. Good service whenever there has been a problem too

Pessimo servizio clienti. Rispondono quando vogliono e senza alcuna urgenza. Per chiudere un semplice account ci sono voluti ben 40 giorni e, nonostante non abbia utilizzato alcun servizio nel frattempo, sono riusciti comunque a fatturarmi un altro mese.
Esperienza davvero negativa. Non lo consiglio.
