Spammers use webinar geek to send Calendar spam and put invitations to webinars on your calendar without permission. I have reported abusive behavior to their abuse channels and legal channels 4 separate times and there has yet to be a response. This is inexcusable, and they should not ignore authentic consumer complaints like this.

But as a first-time user, I found it a bit overwhelming because of the many options it provides. I didn't see many tutorial tools for onboarding besides the initial start or documentation. I did find it after a while, but the initial start should take us to this page before it jumps us into creation.

Overall though WebinarGeek streamlines my presentations by integrating slides and screens directly, fostering better interaction between presenters and viewers. Integration with many apps also helps with productivity.

one thing which was confusing me is and really not liked was At the beginning when I started the trial and wanted to start my first experience, one place asked me for a subdomain and I did not know about that.

To create a webinar for your business, I like Webinargeek a lot. There are a lot of help features and videos that are very clear. I usually don’t walk through the introduction, I want to learn as I go, so having these options to fall back on is great!

The thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is: less pop up windows when you sign up and less chats from different people offering help, it could all be put in one chat.

I tried Webinargeek and what I found most interesting is that you can create three very useful webinar options: A Live webinar using your camera and microphone, Automated which will use a previously recorded webinar as if it was live and the On demand option which will allow users to replay the webinar at any time. I personally like Automated option which I tried myself and works very well and easy to setup. I think the signup process should be easier since it will always ask you to solve a captcha every time you try to create your account and if there are any mistakes such as company name already taken etc. Overall, a very easy to use great platform.
