Dearon and his team are the annoying team I've ever seen. I unsubscribed their emails more than 20 times but still keep sending me illegally. Never do busines nor subscribe your email at all. Stop sending emails Mohammed Ibrahim, please, stop it 🛑 ✋️ or I will suie you you get charge about 5k-10k and I dont want loose that. If you dont stop it, I will take legal action against you.
Jeg har oplevet dette produkt adskillige gange som publikum, og det er mildt sagt irriterende. Webinarerne er uden undtagelse altid optaget på forhånd - alligevel foregiver webinarholderne altid en live-oplevelse med opfordringer til at svare i chatten og deltage i afstemninger. Denne kiksede oplevelse må de jo selv om. Men når det er så tydeligt, ar der er tale om forudoptagede webinarer, så er det virkelig irriterende, at man ikke kan sætte det på pause, hvis man fx. skal på toilettet eller besvare en opringning. Nogle gange kommer man jo ind i et webinar, der viser sig at vare 1,5-3 timer!!! Så er det altså urimeligt ikke at kunne sætte det på pause undervejs. Jeg har lige lyttet til et spændende webinar men blev forstyrret af en vigtig opringning - efter opringningen vendte jeg tilbage til webinaret, men da min telefonsamtale havde varet 15 minutter, blev de sidste 15 minutter skåret af webinaret. Det har jeg nu oplevet tilstrækkeligt mange gange til, at jeg er blevet ekstremt kræsen overfor webinarer optaget på webinarjam. Fordi det er sådan en ufleksibel oplevelse for mig som publikum, skal jeg vide, at webinaret er 100% brugbart for mig, og jeg skal vide det allerede inden jeg melder mig til. Hvis jeg alligevel får tilmeldt mig et webinar af nysgerrighed, så slukker jeg igen så snart jeg ser, at det er optaget på webinarjam (og framelder mig det nyhedsbrev jeg har skrevet mig op til for at få adgang). Det stiller meget store krav til webinarholderne, og desværre er det de færreste, der formår at fange min interesse i så høj grad, at jeg tilmelder mig og bliver hængende hele vejen igennem webinaret.
Jeg er selv terapeut og afhængig af at tiltrække klienter via SoMe, men jeg kommer aldrig til at bruge penge på et produkt, som er så ufleksibelt for mit publikum!

🚨 Why This Is Fraudulent
1. Fake “hiring process.”
Legitimate employers never require you to pay or complete a “certification form” through a third-party website before hiring. Real companies handle paperwork after a formal job offer, and certifications come from established bodies like The Travel Institute, CLIA, or IATA — not from random websites like thetravelcertification.com.
2. The domain and email are connected to known scams.
payments travelcareers.co
has been reported to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as part of a travel agent job scam.
Victims describe the exact same pattern: a fake hiring manager (often named Emily or Sarah) tells them to “complete the form” and email a confirmation or certification number.
After paying, people never receive legitimate training or access, and the “company” stops responding.
3. “Emily (Hiring Manager)” is not traceable.
There’s no real company listing, phone number, or LinkedIn profile connecting an actual person named Emily to “Travel Careers” or “The Travel Certification.”
4. Website setup matches scam networks.
Thetravelcertification.com and travelcareers.co share design, domain registration style, and email structure typical of pay-to-work scams.
The domains were both recently created and lack any physical address or legal business registration.

Hidden 2-hour Limit That Cut Off My Webinar Mid-Pitch
I’ve been paying 97 dollars a month for WebinarJam because I needed a dedicated solution for my masterclass. Compared to other tools like Zoom or Google Meet, it’s already on the pricier side. But what really frustrated me is that they have a hidden two-hour limit on webinars, which I only discovered the hard way.
I spent weeks and thousands of dollars filling up my webinar room, and just when I started my pitch, the webinar got cut off because of this arbitrary limit. They never made this limitation clear in any of their promotions. It’s obviously just a tactic to push users toward a more expensive plan. It’s not a technical cost issue; it’s a business decision they never disclosed properly.
So beware: if you’re planning anything longer than two hours, know that you’ll either get cut off or have to pay more. This was a deal-breaker for me.

Using webinarjam cost me several hundred thousand dollars. My webinar ended abruptly half way through the webinar. I was only able to re-engage with half the attendees after scrambling to create a new webinar link and send out to registrants.
Based on the conversion rates we had and the number of attendees that fell off, it cost my company multiple six figures.
The team at WebinarJam has taken over a month to get back to me on a resolution, which was far from acceptable. Additionally, they still cannot provide an answer on what caused this to happen. They continue to say their 'technical team' is looking into it.
I now know many other entrepreneurs and business owners that have had major issues such as this happen to them, which have been incredibly costly.
Although the price and software seem attractive, if you are serious about your business and drive substantial revenue through webinars, I'd go with a more stable platform.
They didn't ask for this review--I was just so impressed that as a small business owner myself, I decided to leave one, lol.
When I first started using WebinarJam, their customer service was so-so. And when I had issues, things weren't resolved. I thought I canceled at the time of my last issue but apparently I hadn't. They had actually contacted me and apologized and explained that there was a big change recently and things would be better going forward.
Apparently I felt reassured enough that I agreed to try it for two more months. I forgot all about that though! But it's in the messages.
When the charge went through, I contacted them through the usual channels and they were so polite and friendly even though I was in the wrong this time (I hadn't canceled). They were quick to reply, quick to resolve the issue. And their emails were exactly what I would hope MY customer service would write. Informative, warm, to the point, but most importantly, offering immediate solutions. I was impressed they even had a back up plan. (Offered me a discount but if they didn't hear back by a certain time, they would just cancel.)
So obviously, those new changes have stuck and even improved!
I still canceled because I'd changed my business plan around to not use webinars at all. But if I decide to in the future, I'm definitely going to give WebinarJam a second try. I wouldn't consider it a risk at all to try them out!
Literally can’t login to our account after having it reset for the second time, gave me a 15 character password where the character ‘I’ could be any of 3 things, tried to login using multiple configurations and now the account is blocked. Joke platform

There is no way to contact the team and tell them that their platform is being used for illegal scams that pollute phones. Declared the number to the police for solicitation but no way to tell the company to investigate the scam company harassed by an automated marketing system, most likely operated by “Accélérateur de Cabinet”, a French coaching platform targeting therapists and wellness professionals. The individual behind it appears to be “Quentin MDB”—likely referring to Quentin from “Mon Défi Business” or a related marketing scheme. But management requires you to log-in or be a customer. All social account icons on their website are not operational.
Webinarjam platform is a trash including its support. We have been using it for our webinars for quite sometime and for the last year, the issues in our chat and video quality was never fixed. It took them weeks or even months to respond to an issue that they never resolved. Good thing we switched as this issue with webinarjam is affecting our sales greatly.
The integration with Keap has broken, and the "Edit" button to refresh the integration isn't functioning either. The error message simply asks me to contact a Gmail address, which doesn't feel appropriate for a professional platform.
I reached out to support, waited over a day for a response, and received a generic reply instructing me to "refresh the integration"—which, as I clearly mentioned, is exactly the step that isn’t working. This kind of support experience is frustrating and unhelpful.
On top of that, the analytics features are extremely limited. It's not possible to define a custom time range when viewing data—only fixed options like "last 7 days", "this month", or "last month" are available. For any serious analysis or comparison over specific campaign dates, this is simply inadequate.
I’ve been a Keap customer since 2013, and honestly, the user interface and feature set feel unchanged in over a decade. It's disappointing to see so little progress, especially given the monthly pricing.
I hope you take this feedback seriously. I'm open to discussing solutions, but currently, it's hard to justify continuing with a tool that offers so little flexibility or responsiveness.
Webinarjam advertises itself as an inexpensive alternative to zoom etc. but what's the point when it's not working. Travelled home to attend a once in a life time webinar only to find the platform overloaded "We are experiencing high demand. Thank you for your understanding and patience."
They push pre-recorded videos for scammers to sell there "online course". I was able to download the video from the source code thanks.
What a scam!
What a bunch of scammers!!! I purchased a trial period, and I canceled it on time. However, their system automatically sets the cancellation to the end of the month, meaning I don’t get a refund. A colleague of mine experienced the same thing earlier this year and didn’t get a refund either. Total scammers!! NEVER trust them!

This is the worst company I've had experience working with. Avoid like a plague. After trying their product for a few weeks, I realized that it's not for me and graciously asked them to cancel my contract. They haven't responded for a while, and finally did respond saying that since my trial period is over, I cannot cancel it. Well, as you can see from other reviews here, I am not the first one to complain about this. Their treatment of their customers is highly unethical. Now, you can get free webinars with most CRM systems, anyway, so there is no use for this product. Don't waste your time. Get something like Zoho CRM which is already comes with webinar functionality without any additional cost.
The reply I just received from WebinarJam is just their standard cookie-cutter reply they send to all the reviews. They don't even bother sending a personal reply, just like they didn't bother to give me a call during my trial to ask me if everything was going ok with preparing the webinar. This company is so unethical, that their entire business model is hanging on the free-trial trap they have set for all their leads.

I purchased a trial for $1. The same day I deleted my account, Webinarjam charged my card more than $100 for a subscription I didn't buy. I reserved my card in fear of this scam and now they are shirking from making the refund.

I'm a little bit confused.. it showed that there will be a one time free guide on digital art workshop with a tutor named Derek at 11am today with 20 hours countdown at the time, and I thought it would show 6 hours remaining at 5am now, but it still shows 20 hours and 20 minutes, starting at 5pm..
im so confused
is it a scam? but it only asks your name and email. I don't get why they do this.
Let me wait for 5pm then we'll see where it's heading..
EDIT: OH Nevermind about what I just said lol
I realized that the time left was real - I just didn't close the countdown browser on phone after I checked the time - when I refreshed the page, it showed the right time and I took the workshop.

I did not renew my subscription to WJ because of email failures during my webinar campaign. The email server at WJ was unreliable and did not deliver reminders to people who had signed up to attend. Aside from that, I found the WJ interface to be confusing and not user friendly.
