For the past few months, I have been constructing a website for a small Ohio township in collaboration with Web Builder LLC. Due to constraints on our end, despite the fact that I and other local government representatives have experience in this area and that we only meet once a month, the project has taken longer than expected. At every stage, David from Web Builder LLC has shown professionalism and patience. Even though we haven't been in contact with him for extended periods of time, he has always been understanding and supportive. I heartily endorse their offerings. The website they created for me is expertly designed and precisely what I requested. They adjust quickly and ensure that you et what you want.

Kevin was passionate about making sure everything happened on schedule. He was very dependable in ensuring that changes were applied as soon as possible and checked in frequently. Some of the additional charges surprised me a little, but all in all, I'm happy with my website.

They delivered on their promise to give my website top priority , and I'm not disappointed! This business performed a fantastic job creating a product I am happy with to replace my website. Joe did a fantastic job of seeing to it that everything met our needs and paying close attention to our concept. We are thrilled to be embarking on our marketing adventure with them right.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never worked with a group so incapable of listening. They call unexpectedly and expect immediate availability, but when it comes to scheduled calls, they are consistently late and then notify me to join when it suits them. They even asked me to meet at midnight! The project, which was supposed to be completed in two weeks according to my payment receipt, has dragged on for over five weeks with no clear end in sight, leaving me increasingly doubtful. When I requested some form of compensation for the delay, they resisted. They repeatedly asked for images I had already provided multiple times. They kept assuring me "no worries" while asking questions I had already answered, wasting more time. They used artwork I explicitly stated I wouldn't use in my store. The mockups were inconsistent, with different colors on the same product images. For example, one hoodie had brown cuffs and another had white cuffs, even though they were supposed to be the same product. One image was even placed sideways, making it hard to identify. Despite their claims of quality control, I saw no evidence of it. They misspelled my name and other words in emails. I could go on, but suffice it to say, don't waste your time like I did. You never get that time back.

David, my web representative, was very accommodating with my busy schedule and sought to fulfill all my suggestions to update my website.

I initially spoke with Emma, who guided me through the complete web flow process and suggested me ideas based off my project and nature of business. She was very pleasant to speak with however, i was a little hesitant to start the project but I took a leap of faith and outcome met beyond our requirements. Absolutely loved the custom work and the team (Joe, Liam etc) was very understanding.

Thank you for Joe who helped me coordinate with the builder team in every steps. The team was professional, responsive and delivered a great final product on time and within my budget. Highly recommend their service and feel confident that they will not let you down.

Signed up with webbuilder do design and set up my web page and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and they also maintain the website and social media platforms. They keep me informed about the steps they are taking and updates me with the progress of the entire thing and always send me a link to look at the progress to makes changes and or add something. Emma Hale is my point of contact and she is amazing and will recommend her to anyone who needs website designing.

Web builder llc made my restaurant's website and that is amazing. I run an indian cuisine restaurant in New York. I'm really excited to see the boost in my sales after hiring them for this project and now I've signed 10 years marketing contract with them.

I was able to get a fully customized e-commerce website built by WebBuilders llc. The site did end up very attractive and easy to use. HOWEVER, the contract lies, manipulation and the level of unprofessionalism is off the charts! The initial "quote" specifically stated they would build a fully customized website for XX dollar amount with a 2 week deliverable. Once the payment was made, the troubles started. They immediately started charging for all sorts of other things that should have been included, based on that original quote. $1800 worth!!

They then sign you up to this progress portal and no one ever checks it. I was prompt with pictures and specifically laid out details of how the site should work and appear. Days would go by with no activity until I would have to text the initial sales person that and threaten a credit card charge back before action would be taken. The project was given to "Daniel". Let me tell you, there are 5 or 6 "Daniels" that all have various degrees of unintelligible english. And Daniel 3 won't know what Daniel 5 did the day before! Every other day I would have to completely explain what I was wanting the site to do because of all the "Daniels" that would work on the site. Highly frustrating! My checkout cart was very specific and had non standard aspects to it that were highly volatile to any changes. Several times I had to force them to redo the whole checkout process because someone would go in and change a setting that would totally ruin the checkout process. In all it took 4 months to have the website completed, and stable. At that point they started hounding me incessantly about purchasing an SEO package. I was hesitant to let anyone do anything with the site because of the details that were in place and I should have listened to my inner voice. They offered an SEO package that was extremely low cost and worth a try so I purchased it. And I immediately regretted it! They went into the site and promptly ruined the checkout process, they started adding meta data to my products that sounded like a 7 year old wrote it and forced me to have to halt their work. I had to change all the meta data, myself, on all my products. This took hours to fix! Complete incompetence and they never even attempted to collaborate these changes with me.

The final staw with these clowns came when I requested my root directory login information for backup purposes and potentially moving the website to a more competent hosting/editing company. I had to hound these people every day via texts and emails for 12 days to get them to provide me with this information!! That was it for me! I took this information to another provider and had my complete website removed from Web Builders LLC servers. I will never do business with this incredibly unprofessional company again (if you can even really call it a company). If you are reading this, thinking about trying Web Builders LLC I would tell you to turn around and run! Run as fast as you can away from this horrendous experience i endured!!

I also just want to say that there is no way all of these positive reviews you see on here are legit. This company in no way is as professional as these reviews sound. Impossible!!

I received an email from Trustpilot.com that Web Builders llc is attempting to claim I am not a genuine customer of there’s. I can assure you, I have all of the receipts and I have the hundreds of emails to prove I was, but will never be again, a genuine customer.

Make sure you address everything you need for a website. I was quoted 1000$ for a website and did not know there was an additional 1500$ in items that were absolutely required to have a website up and running. Overall their salesman sucks, the manager i talked to when i had an issue with a ton of additional charges sucked. The only reason im leaving 4 stars is the tech Daniel working the project did a good job and was easy to work with. sales and management 2/10, technician and work completed 8/10

This company is committed to providing excellent design work when creating new websites. The team that has been working on my new website is dedicated and responsive to my goals.
