Great experience. Great company to work with. My website looks amazing and customer service is top notch. Paul addressed every request I had and made sure I’m happy with the design. I was so happy with the result, I even signed up with them to host my site.

I was actually surprised by the final design of the website. I did not expect it to be this close to what i had in mind. i dealt with Rob most of the times and he was super helpful, communicative, and kept me updated with every step throughout the process. I honestly could not be more satisfied. Big thanks to the etire team of Website Design Intact.

Horrible experience. Despite the "money back guarantee" built in, when confronted with their failure to deliver completed website after 8 months of delays, the not only were rude, they lied about the refund until they were out of most of the bank refund window, refused to refund at all. Despite termination of services in 2035, continued "working" on project, and thst was "reason" not to honor money backed guarantee on contract. Very incompetent. Had full design specs for whole thing plus all graphics and other resources (including Lirem Ipsum resources) entire 8 months, and could not get it done. Working with them was pulling teeth. Their teams constantly had personal issues that bled into delays on the site, and despite extending patience and grace for 8 months (website deb only takes 1.5 months max in industry) they lied, were lazy, incompetent, made their problems my headache, and never honored the agreement, and "stole" oflver $2K effectively with nothing to show for it. I had even sold all my musical instruments (Roth Cello + Piano) to meet their ever increasing demands of funds, and now I have nothing at all to show for it due to their graft and incompetence. This was my experience, and my experience only. Just tired of being silent, treated like a doormat, and disrespected. Would rate -infinity stars if possible. Alex Miller, thanks so much for ruining my life and trying to destroy my company over the last 8 months. Karma is a B!tch.

Quick turnaround, responsive communication and on budget.

Very good experience

I am very pleased with the website this…
I am very pleased with the website this team designed for me. They worked diligently to bring the vision I had in my head to life and I appreciate all the effort put into ironing out the bugs to make my site fully functional. Their dedication and hard work made the final result possible.

Hi my name is Abduba Halake. I am working with website design intact to have a web design. It is in the process but not yet completed. So far I have good experience. I will keep updating as I progress.

I got the product I was looking for and it looks great!

Ronan designed my new website, and it looks fabulous! He was patient in explaining the process to me and answering all my questions in a timely manner.

Dreaming of having my website for a few years but always seemed out of reach. Called End2End one day to get pricing and Emma Hale took the call right away I felt it was time to take the next step in growing my business with a professional website and could not be happier with the patience and encouragement I have gotten from this team. Emma thank you for not letting me give up due to financial stresses.☺️

Emma Hale did a great job with my website. She is very good in responding to your email and returning phone calls.

I was in desperate need of a good looking website at a fair price and finally found it! Emma and her team diligently worked to get me set up and ready to go on time and on budget.
When changes are needed, they get them done quickly! It’s scary out there trying to find the right web company. You just found it!

Website Design Intact delivered a clean, professional website that perfectly represents my business. They understood my goals right away and paid attention to every detail. The final result was beyond what I expected, and their ongoing support has been fantastic. Highly recommended!"

They were not able to build the site they promised, but worked with me to pivot in a new direction. Unfortunately the new site wasn't functional. Customers could not place orders. They refused to refund me.

Frank Sharp is a great partner! He has been helping me dial in my site, and resolve issues (and upgrades) as we go along. Yesterday, we shared the screen, and watching him work so nimbly in a complicated WordPress world was amazing. We communicate really well together, it's a pleasure working with him every time. I highly recommend working with Frank if you get the chance.

Working with Emma Hales has been an absolute pleasure. She helped us create a very professional and beautiful website that truly represents our brand. Her support, guidance, and expertise made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Thank you, Emma, for all the help and dedication you provided. We are so grateful for your hard work and the amazing results.
