Zann was very very very helpful
Zann was very helpful. She made sure she got my concerns loud and clear so she can make the best possible solution, and I appreciate it a lot. I was kinda frustrated when I initiated the chat but felt relaxed when I chat with her. She made the extra mile informing me of some stuff concerning my concern. What I like most is she took the responsibility for my request and will be happy to wait for an email notification from them after the completion of my request. Got an error message which asked me to contact them, it's about the registrant email address that is no longer working, and the platform does not allow me to do it. And I was lucky to get hold of Zann. Thanks a lot, Zann! You have treated my issue so well and what a job professionally done!
Z.com Best Web Hosting Support
Z.com provide good service and customer support, they provide great plan for webs hosting, S$23 a year for personal plan and S$66 for business plan, I am very happy with Z.com for their support especially customer service and support for Japan HQ. I will give Z.com 10 Stars if I could.

very poor support after sale.. they suspend our email for 4days and counting.. its either they don't care about their customer or just have a very poor technical support.. we will definitely migrate to other provider asap.. i highly discourage to anyone specially business to avail their service.
I will not use this Z.Com to register domains
I used it first time because it was recommended by domcomp*com as top registrar and cheaper rates. Sign up and tried registering a domain but to my surprise, it charged my card and the domain was not registered, but it will be registered for me passively by the system. “Pending” till now, 9 days later. Emailed back and forth with their customer support but no action to refund me with their non-fulfilled registration. You cannot call them (no number), online chat was bot to take message, emailed to emails in 9 days but no action. Here are my tickets:

Very disappointed new customer! Avoid this registrar.
Follow Up: After rigourously emailing all their support sites. I reached out to my bank for reversal. After providing the bank my transaction details, I was refunded the very next day.
20 days after the initial domain purchase!!!!! This company wont budge! Beware, absolute time waster.
Fishy domain registration system
Bought a domain from them, or so I thought: I got charged on my credit card instantly but it ended held for human review. I logged in and checked it's got Fraud status. While I did omit some information while creating my account (like incomplete address), I quickly completed them and tried Live Chat and, on no avail, a ticket, unanswered for 2 whole days later, during which someone could still register that domain.
When answer finally came, it was saying I couldn't have bought that domain and they were canceling my order because that domain was supposedly premium! Thankfully, charging in fact got out of my credit card bill but I ended up waiting for all that to know in the end that I could not buy the domain I wanted because of something their system could not during the sale?
I did nothing different: searched the domain, it showed regular price, I proceeded with purchase without facing any demands on documents or extra charges, got charged as priced and it was only a waste of time and a scare from there on.
My advice is to save you time.

im a beginner in wordpress development and looking for a free wordpress hosting to practice and develop my knowledge, i search for best free wordpress hosing here in my county and z.com ph is no.1 in the list. i visited the site, study and i got interested to i sign up and purchase, i got dismay after knowing their announcement that they stop accepting webhosting for the meantime. so i chat for a support and help. they are very helpful and i really like how they handle my problem. now i have two domains purchased, and hosting plans. i really enjoy and pushing my learning with wordpress with the help of z.com.

It was a very busy day back onsite to the office. Then calls starting to populate and frustrate me on the why email service become disrupted. As I counter check the web services, I found we ran-out of subs on our services and renewal is the key. I am glad I did find them in facebook messenger app because local support is still no signs of getting onsite offices. Stress relieved once I have instructed to renew and refresh the service and really worth saving my day as we address the issues not only on our account but specially on my fellow colleagues needed the email service to be back working good condition again. The price for z.com USA is $6.60 SGD , vs if you purchase from z.com Singapore it's $10 SGD , the price difference is big, there are better providers out there that can provide better price range.
Therefore i wouldn't recommend z.com, you move into Singapore, benefit from the system and economy , law business tax , yet , you provide USA/International market a $6.60 domain, vs $10 domain for us. You're japan based, why this price difference.
