There's more to my experience, and it's not positive.
They did a great job of explaining the process.
However, they asked me to do this review during the time they were working on my computer. Typically, reviews are requested after the service is complete and you've had the time to review the entire work performed. I thought this was very unprofessional, since they had access to my computer files at the time and, I felt, that saying something negative would have consequences.
While they did explain the process up to this point, some concerns cropped up by the completion of their work. One specific example is they unmasked the password for my email, when it was originally not visible. As a result of this and other files opened, I changed my passwords and have tried to cancel the service, but WeAssist has not contacted me to complete the cancellation. I'm very concerned about their customer service after not receiving any follow up on their part.
