Why Hats Omdömen 

I’m writing this review because after months of waiting, I no longer receive any response through messages or email.

I ordered my second hat on February 1st and paid in full on February 3rd. Despite several updates saying they would “start soon,” I only received the hat on August 3rd — without the harmonica that was part of my order.

What followed were multiple promises that the harmonica had been shipped, but this turned out not to be true. The last update I received was on October 22nd, stating that I would receive it on October 23rd. It is now November 27th, and I still haven’t received anything. My messages and emails remain unanswered.

The quality of the hats is truly amazing, but the service and communication unfortunately are not. It’s very disappointing that such a personal and expensive order is handled this way. I hope this review finally prompts a serious response and that they deliver what was promised.

I ordered a custom hat. First off, I am in the United States, so for me this was my first experience doing something so elaborate over seas. This was also the first time I’ve ordered a hat of this style. From the start Why Hats listened to my idea and made me feel like I was apart of the process. It was comforting knowing this level of customer service.
