no reply to multiple emails asking about tracking delivery also was ment to be next day delivery , i ordered on thursday and as of now monday still no delivery , the tracking number i finally recieved shows that the item was not even posted until saturday , this company was teally good a couple years ago and responsive but seems standards have slipped , very disappointing.

Love the product itself but support is awful
I ordered next day delivery early this week and it hadn't come two days later. I emailed support who gave a rubbish response essentially saying it wasn't picked up, and they will make sure it goes out for the following day. I emailed again asking for a refund on my next day delivery fee and did not receive a response.
Here I am on the following day with no tracking information and no response to another email sent. I tried calling twice - no response.
I'm not usually one to go full Karen but this is super frustrating! I ordered well in time to have my vape liquids by the weekend, and now I have to keep paying out for local brands while I wait. I wouldn't be as annoyed if I got a decent response from Support - but oops we forgot lol is not good enough. Feels scammy.

Order not always correct
On multiple occasions my order has been wrong, but they have done very well in rectifying this I must say.
However I can't give this 5 stars as I'd prefer to get what I ordered and not have to deal with customer support for their mess-up.

Delivery Late
Despite paying for next day delivery it took 3 working days to get to me. Customer service says this can sometimes happen with DPD. If DPD can’t be relied upon maybe remove them as a delivery option?

We are currently liasing with our DPD provider for ways to make it better.
99% of orders placed using DPD are dispatched and arrive next day within the UK, though with all couriers sometimes things take a little longer to arrive!
We do also have shipping options using Royal Mail Tracked services for customers who have shipping preferences.
We hope this helps a little.

The only place I buy juice from now
Have had good experiences with most online vape companies, and used 5-6 in the last few years depending on deals & juice availability.
My last 3 orders have been from Supergood though and unless anything changes can't see why I wouldn't continue. Delivery is very fast, prices are reasonable for their own brand juices, and those juices are mixed excellently, high quality, premium, and original products. There are even nice little touches with the packaging.
The Butter range are some of the best flavoured juices I've had, very smooth, perfect for direct to lung vapes. Have recently tried some from the Uncommon range and they're great as well. Branding on point too.

The quality of their products are top notch
The quality of their products are top notch. Very competitively priced. In fact I believe it is cheaper than all of its competition.
They include free Nic shots with everything.
Also nice to have free DPD delivery if you buy enough product.
