I tried to claim for damage to my sofa that my dog had done i took out the extra cover for pet damage paid the extra as i wanted to be safe just in case now being told i cant claim as i didn't upload phone before the damage so basically before you can claim you need to take photos off every item in your home absolute rip off i have insured my home for over 30 years and never heard anything so stupid dont waste your money may as well not be insured now they are saying you have to individually list anything over 500 from cookers sofa ect but was never once told they taken my money didn't it seem odd I was paying content insurance but didn't have furniture according to them they replied asking me to contact them and the email address is not valid email what a absolute nightmare of a company DO NOT Use AT ANY COST

Broke my phone and was fixed same day
excellent company. the cost of fixing my phone exceeded the allowance of what i was given to repair my phone but the team quickly approved it allowing me to get my phone looking back to brand new

After a burglary, the SO-SURE team could not have been more helpful and decisive. This allowed us to replace the stolen items quickly and follow a simple procedure to get this done.

World's hardest company to cancel from
World's hardest company to cancel from. Emailed twice and they still continued my policy. Finally got through to someone on chat and they spun a line of trying to contact (checked all emails and nothing received). Would not reimburse me for money already taken just cancelled from today!

Great fast service
Very quick response to my claim. I had already got my phone repaired before contacting So-Sure as my last claim had not been cleared off my account. No issues what so ever, as soon as I put my new claim on I got a response the same day, I uploaded my receipt & got an email the next day to confirm my payment. This has been my 2nd claim this year for a damaged phone & I cannot fault So-Sure for their service provided.

Very impressed, great experience
After a flood at home I needed to claim on my contents insurance for the first time. I was very anxious about this and I found the team at so sure to be extremely helpful. Great communication, fast decision making, quick to send out someone to validate the claim and a quick payout. I was also able to secure alternative accommodation which was a life saver. Special shout out to Sam from the team who dealt with my case- you were amazing

So Sure, I’ll never be using them again. Sadly, they use a third-party to repair devices called Value Checkers. Who in the last 12 months, have had three of my devices for a total of 20 weeks. They have both been sent back several times due to inadequate workmanship which has left me without a mobile phone several times this year for several weeks, contributing to my already poor mental health.

Been trying to cancel a policy for a…
Been trying to cancel a policy for a phone I haven't owned for a few years now.
Getting passed about, no one actually does anything.
Policy was for a galaxy s21. I have an s24 now.
Yet I've just received a renewal notice for this year !!!
