Great Customer Service & kept in contact throughout

Had an email from Claim Eazy about my PPI tax from something I had back a couple of years ago. They worked with an accountancy firm who helped me get some money back really quickly. It was simple. I’ve just had another email for my cars and I’ve filled out the forms for diesel claims.

Used this company in 2017

Used this company in 2017, i asked this question..Do you take your fees before i get the rest?
Their answer was...YES
Now, Sep 2023, i am being taken to court for these fees!
They are using Joseph James Law, i asked for the manuscript of the call, as Claimeasy have solicitors, and was told, No! Even if i represent myself i cannot get the information i need to show the courts!
Cowboys! I suffered a full mental breakdown in 2018 and have been in the system, dealing with 40 years of PTSD, not nice at all.
Even though i have been extremely poorly, i still know my rights.
These people kept phoning and i eventually answered, as i suffer avoidance, and told the person about my mental state, i left it at that. I have problems answering the phone, opening mail, opening my front door amongst other things. Now here i am with court papers for £122.91, plus fees. I will offer the court £5 per month as that is all i can afford. Without that manuscript, which proves what i say, i will pay it off extremely slowly!
Im going to take these other reviews with me too!

This is actually a zero star not a one. They claimed I owed them their 35% fee on something I didn't even receive. They tried to take me to court 3 years later after constantly hassling me with letters, emails, phone calls, daily texts, letters from the cowboy Joseph James Law. I emailed the court that I would not be attending and why, they had no proof whatsover that I had been paid any compensation and completed the court paper to say the same. The hearing got thrown out and closed. I am now getting bombarded by them telling me I am eligible for compensation for my tax. Into the spam folder they go. A bunch of cowboys out for ripping people off and making false claims

Having read the reviews here I can see I am not the only one in the same position. Claim Eazy said my claim has been successful but I need to complete a Letter of Authority before I get compensation. I told them I was not interested so did not provide a LOA. Now have Joseph Law telling me regardless I owe them a payment - Apparently them getting an offer means I owe them - regardless of me receiving any compensation?!

I made a claim, Payment went straight back to credit card lender instead of myself, then they demanded there 35%!! cut a long story short they have taken me to court with there bully boy mates Joseph Law Ltd and have forced me to go into debt to pay them off before they send Bailiffs round!! Its a joke of a company !

This company is the pits

This company is the pits, 2 days ago received letters to say I won PPI, on the 3rd day they sent letters saying 14 days to pay their fee, they are taking more than I'm getting nearly, the only time they did anything was when I chased them, they DO NOT DO ANYTHING FOR THEIR FEE OF 35%, absolutely shocking company

Disgusted

Disgusted. Said they had issued a CCJ no letters to myself then get a visit from high court bailiff having to psy £1800 pounds. Contact made with Solicitor who have had hundreds of complaints of this practice. Will be taking them to court and get them shut down

Once again bullying and harrassing me.

Once again, ClaimEazy has turned up out of the blue like a recurring nightmare. I had a letter dated 14/10/21 saying I had a successful claim amounting to over £3500.00. I can’t even recall this. They apparently want payment as soon as I receive the funds. Today I had an email stating I’m halfway through my ‘payment window’ in paying their fee. Considering I’ve not had this money myself, I called ClaimEazy and was told this is an historical payment dating back to 2018! They have no record of when I was paid and the company concerned just said I was paid in 2018. ClaimEazy want ME to go through all of my bank account statements to show that I received the money and duly paid them. WHAT? As far as I’m concerned, ALL of my debts were paid in full to ClaimEazy and other companies when I retired from work due to terminal illness 4 years ago.
WHY HAS IT TAKEN CLAIMEAZY UNTIL NOW TO ‘REMEMBER’ MONEY I ALLEGEDLY OWE THEM? WHY? PLEASE EXPLAIN.
Added to which, if you have no record of something, then do YOUR JOB and prove this YOURSELVES. DONOT EXPECT ME TO DO YOUR WORK FOR YOU (AGAIN, I MAY ADD).
How dare you try to get money from me for something I don’t owe you. Don’t even DARE sending threatening letters either. You might be a company, but I have rights too and will see you in court before I allow you to bully me AGAIN.
YOU SHOW ME THE EVIDENCE THAT I OWE YOU MONEY. DO NOT EXPECT ME TO PROVE IVE PAID YOU.
IM BEYOND STRESSED AND DESPERATELY UPSET OVER THIS. IVE ENOUGH ON MY PLATE WITHOUT YOU CHARLATANS BULLYING AND HARRASSING ME. DO YOU HONESTLY THINK IM GOING TO FOLD UNDER PRESSURE AND GIVE YOU YET MORE MONEY? DO YOU? PLEASE HOLD YOUR BREATHS WHILST YOURE WAITING. SEE YOU IN COURT.

This company has harrassed myself and…

This company has harrassed myself and my husband over the past 3 years. it was the worst mistake I have ever made getting involved with this company. Constant emails, letters and phone calls regarding non payment of their fees. The authorisation that they hold for myself and my husband ran out over 2 years ago, they do not hold a current phone number or email for myself as i will not allow them access to either. They recently sent me a email followed by numerous letters stating that I was to receive more money from one of our banks. This is a falsehood, as appparently, according to the person i spoke to today tells me that the money was paid in 2018. And now they are chasing me for payment for something that was obviously paid in 2018. The company needs to be closed down, I had hoped that after the window closed for PPI claims that they would just disappear but unfortunately not. They claim they cannot close my account as there is money owing to them. Why did it take them 3 years to find out that I still owe them money, easy answer I don't. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having read their reply to my review, i am still of the mind that I would not deal with them, ever!!

Bully people and send county court judgements for nothing, forge peoples signature's and then send files which do not even exist avoid this company total scam and down right unprofessional, they need shutting down and have been reported to trading standards and ombudsmen

Do not go near them.
They are chasing me for money they claim I owe. They have sent bailiffs to my door.
I haven’t had any dealings or heard from them in over 5 years, then out of the blue …
I am in poor health and do not have the money they are harassing me for.

What can I say started my claim 4 years…

What can I say started my claim 4 years ago with them the contract I signed said 30% four years later finally get my claim through and there percentage has gone up to 35% not what I signed and they worked out there percentage with the tax I have deducted still on it so after tax I get £304 they want £144 of that if your going to make a claim do it yourself the FOB will back you, I will be making a complaint to them myself.

Shocking company

Shocking company, told them I had a bankruptcy...no problem they said...went for a company for ppi...company agreed to repay £2000.......company then sent money to Bankruptcy insolvency and they are now seeking the £2000 back through a debt collector.......absolutely appalling company....dont trust them

Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, give incorrect information and then charge extra after settlement figures given. Beware. Use someone else.
