Great product and service
I have been using Riley products for more than a year. Always very happy with their products and it's nice to see their expansion on what products are becoming available. New packaging and changed product is of lesser…
New packaging of regular pads and changed product are of lesser quality than before .Poor absorption leads to leaks. This is disappointing, way inferior product than the super pads.

We want to reassure you that while the packaging has changed to be lower-waste, the core product itself remains the same: our pads are made with GOTS-certified organic cotton, soft, breathable, leak-proof, unscented, non-chlorine bleached, and free from superabsorbents or perfumes.
That said, we completely understand how frustrating leaks can be, especially when a product doesn’t feel like it’s performing as it should. Your feedback is really important and will be shared with our team as we continue to review and improve our products.

Trumps!
I have been a die hard fan of one of the big brands of sanitary wear for all of my life and was very skeptical to try any new ones. I was pleasantly surprised! Riley came out trumps and there was also no weird sanitary smell, like with the bigger brands! Also no leaks! Super happy!

I'd give the product 5 stars
I'd give the product 5 stars, really comfortable breathable cotton pads. I could tell the difference when I used a 'regular' pad, the irritation returned. The only thing I would drop a star for is the 3rd party shipping company they're using - the first order I put sat in the warehouse for over a month, got returned to the company and I ended up having to reorder and pay for shipping again.

These period products are top quality
These period products are top quality, you will not find better in any shop (although I wish these were available in the shops!) From the packaging to the actual product, the quality is next level. It's also so reassuring that I am using products that are free from chemicals and bleach. As a mother to two daughters, I am delighted that these products exist and that women and girls can now choose these products.

Great service & very good products. I would say that the packaging for the sanitary towels could be improved. The gum used on the packaging is too strong which rips the packaging….this means it can’t be used to dispose of the used towel.

4 years using Riley products
I have been using Riley products as my only period care products since 01 Feb 2022 - it’s almost my 4 year Riley anniversary! The ethos of the company, the quality of the products and the convenience of the subscription have been the main drivers for me. Convenient, accessible and practical design and eco friendly
Love the convenience of the subscription and the fact that it is environmentally friendly. The new boxes design is much better because it takes up less room in my cupboards, the boxes are stackable which means they’re not falling out on top of me when I open my cupboards and also, I can fold down the top of the box making them easily accessible rather than riffling through a bag when I’m in a rush
