Founded in 2019 by dancer and singer-songwriter Lemon Fuller, Lemonade is a pioneer of the new era of lingerie, moving away from traditional over-sexualised narratives and making underwear that makes you feel strong and sexy for yourself and no one else. We exist to make you feel good.
Our Products
Lemonade’s range of contemporary, comfortable and stylish lingerie is made for every-body. Our Lingerie comes in an inclusive size range from a UK 6 to 24, we offer multiple underwear fits to cater to a diverse range of body types and two specially designed bralette styles; our regular triangle bralette for sizes A-D and our unique fuller cup style for sizes DD+. We also offer our monthly underwear subscription service, where members receive a pair of our undies every month along with exclusive rewards and treats.
Our Mission
We’ve always wanted to go further than a typical lingerie brand, instead we’re putting the work in to create a positive social and environmental impact along every part of our production process and beyond. We are completely transparent about every part of our business; we work with fully audited factories, make products from the most responsibly sourced materials we can find and we don’t retouch any of our images, we celebrate natural beauty in all shapes and sizes.
We also are partnered with the charity Choose Love, an organisation advocating for refugees across the globe, for every £30 spent on our website we donate a pair of underwear to female refugees; we’ve already donated over 5000 pairs and we’re aiming to get that to 10000 by next year.

Lovely items arrive well packaged and on time; had to exchange something but that was handled very efficiently and easily. Highly recommended store!

Don’t believe the hype
They look and fit nicely to start but kept falling out and company didn’t offer any useful advice or a return when I got in touch. Don’t believe the hype. They’ve also blocked me on Facebook for trying to leave a few comments.

Not a great fit
Bought two bras same size. One is huge and the others fit isn’t great either but I kept this one. The front band really digs in. Quite disappointed as I was looking forward to a nice comfy bra !

The best bras
Love this company, im a 36E cup and was looking for boob friendly non underwire bras, a year down the line and I have so many sets from Lemonade Dolls. Comfortable, pretty and they fit great, customer service is brilliant. The all wonder bra is a game changer. Please make a strapless bra, that stays put! A great company ❤️

No support for larger breasts
No support for larger breasts. I ordered a 34 G which is my usual size and I just fall out of the bra. Complete waste of money!

Great customer service and beautiful bras!! I tried one and then bought 4 more. They look fabulous and for the first time ever, my breasts are happy!
Not five stars because I feel the band around the body ought to be a natural fabric.

Erg slechte service
Erg slechte service. Al drie keer een mail gestuurd en geen antwoord ontvangen. Mijn bestelling is nooit afgeleverd. Medio januari besteld. En een maand later (nú februari) geld kwijt aan iets wat ik nooit heb ontvangen. Zwaar teleurgesteld. Dacht eindelijk iets leuks te hebben gevonden …

Bought size 34 A-D set. The knickers are far more comfy than I expected, I am not slim and have a c section belly. I'm so disappointed with the bra. It would be alright for purely aesthetic use but I feel like I could just spill out them, and I'm a c at most. Looks lovely but I'm not confident it will stay put or confident to wear out of the house

Great knickers not great bra.
Bought a set which was beautiful, looks great on and the knickers ate a great fit, however the bra is not. Its fine if im stood upright and still but if I bend over my boobs fall out, it doesnt feel like there's enough material to hold my boobs in. If I walk my boobs spill out and running even to keep up with the kids is a no no. I bought a size 36 a-c as im a 36b. Gutted because they are beautiful bras to look at.

Customer service team very helpful
I messed up my order, but lemonade dolls customer service team put everything right for me and have been lovely. Love the underwear designs, colours, comfort level. Would recommend.

Beautiful underwear
One of my dreams as a fat woman was to wear beautiful matching underwear in gorgeous colours. Now as a slimmer woman - I can, with Lemonade Dolls!!
What gorgeous bras with lovely material & swift delivery. Can safely say this is my new favourite underwear! Marks and who?? 🤣🤣

Disappointing sizing for larger…
Disappointing sizing for larger breasts, quality also not as I expected for the price. I do love the colours though. I am a 36GG and there is simply no support and big over spill leaving no support at all.

Poor customer service
Ordered for the first time, received my goods which feel like great quality but unfortunately it’s not for me so trying to return. Emailed company on Saturday with a picture showing I can’t access the return portal. Got an AI reply. Instructed to reply questing a live agent. Not heard anything since and I’ve emailed now twice! Not impressed at all for my first experience. Please if someone can contact me so I can return my items.

Returns process not legal. Zero customer service.
Update: after an initial awful experience, I had great customer support from Roisin and now have a refund.
I ordered an item after seeing a Facebook ad. The item was ridiculously small and clearly an incorrect size. I immediately tried to return but the online process does not allow for refunds even well within the 14 day return period. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Zero customer support and no help with returns at all. I have emailed and used the online bot chat and also Facebook messaging on their page.
The returns portal does not work and only allows for exchange for another item or different size or a store credit. The portal does not allow for human customer service even when it repeatedly says it will. After multiple emails and messages I still have no response. There is no phone number and they ignore mails and messages.
I have an item which was delivered late and I now fear that time will run out before they respond.
AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
