I have been using Riley’s tampons for a number of years now and I think they are great. The product is comfortable and good for both you and the planet. The subscription and delivery service are fantastic as you never have to worry about running out or not having any when needed which is great. Also the team themselves are very helpful and lovely to deal with. Overall a great product and company

shipment issues
My shipment from Riley was delayed for some time which is usually not the case.
I contacted Lauren in help/support and she responded immediately.
Keeping a track on the delivery until it arrived.
Just wanted to commend her personally as in an age of chatbots it’s refreshing and super helpful to have a human at the end of an email.

I’d been thinking about ordering from…
I’d been thinking about ordering from Riley for years and finally did.
Once you realise how many chemicals are in most period products, and how irritating they can be, it’s hard to ignore. Switching has made a real difference for me and I wouldn’t go back.
It’s also a nice bonus knowing I’m supporting an Irish, female-led business.

I didn't love the plastic applicators…
I didn't love the plastic applicators on the tampons. Nor the shape that they expand to.. they expand wide and stubby, instead of longways! The pads are also wrapped in plastic and don't open as easily as they could.
Some redesign possibly improve things.
Nice idea for a company but I'll be going back to the products I use from the Health Store.

Just to share a little more context, our applicator tampons are made with a 100% organic cotton core and withdrawal string, with a plant-based BPA-free applicator made from sugarcane and a biodegradable, certified compostable wrapper. Our pads are also designed with sustainability and comfort in mind, made using organic cotton and bio-based materials, and are free from toxins and unwanted chemicals.
I completely understand that changes in applicator feel, tampon expansion shape, and wrapper design can take some getting used to, and we really appreciate you sharing your honest experience with us.
Creating products that balance performance, comfort, and lower-impact materials is hugely important to us, and feedback like yours genuinely helps shape future improvements. We really appreciate you giving Riley a try and taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

A fabulous product
A fabulous product. Comfortable and it’s not like you’re wearing anything. So glad to have found ye. There is a massive difference between Riley pads and mass produced pads, these feel like wearing plastic. Riley pads are so soft and have a natural feeling to them xx

I've tried all the products going…
I've tried all the products going including cups and period pants, but I like pads and tampons. That there is now a fabulous irish company producing a toxin free range is fantastic! Their customer service is top class and their products are sustainable and amazing quality. I have a subscription and won't be cancelling it ever.... until nature no longer requires it that is!

When I bought the pads I was bit…
When I bought the pads I was bit hesitant about the price but it was so worth it.
No itching, no strange feeling, absolutely amazing product. Definitely moving to this brand for me and my daughter.
