I’ve only been using these hair products for about a week and a half, but I’m already in love! My hair feels so much softer and stays moisturized for much longer than before. They’ve truly simplified my hair care routine, and I’ve noticed a big difference in how manageable and healthy my hair feels. Definitely a game-changer—I highly recommend these products!

Soil product arrived to me damaged in August 2024 and I have waited months for the replacement or credit. It’s end of the year now (December 2024), and issue is still not resolved.

I have spent a few hundred dollars with Plantmade and really liked the products, but customer service and speed has not been their strength in my experience.

Similar to most of the other 1 star reviews on here, I am still waiting for an order placed nearly three months ago!! The courier's tracking service clearly states they have not received the parcel from them, yet Plantmade's customer service claim it has been shipped. This is an obvious lie considering how many others are having this same experience. Appalling customer service which will just give you generic statements like "we are looking into it", "I will update you soon" (they never do). You will never get any details or answers from them. Because they claim the order has been shipped, "the system" will not apparently let them issue a refund - another delay tactic and a lie. I liked the products, but this experience has been terrible. I would recommend anyone going through the same experience to check your legal rights as a consumer, and follow the official steps to claim your money back if Plantmade do not refund you.

The quick turnaround from when the order was made to the delivery date. The products are fantastic.

I love these products. However the last two orders I made the packages were wrecked. This time the liquid gold bottle was completely crushed. Product damaged beyond use.

Terrible client service ! No respect for clients at all!

My order took a little longer than expected to come. However the customer service team were helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I have enjoyed using the products for a few weeks now. I really like the simple guidance that comes with how to use the different hair products!

4th time ordering. I've never had an issue with my order. I recieve it in a timely fashion and I'm updated throughout the process.
Staff are polite and accommodating. The products are lovely, and smell fantastic!

I developed severe alopecia on the side of my head in 2021. This was really stressful as I didn’t even know of the condition before and my GP had no solutions. I tried several products but none worked. I somehow ended up bumping into PLANTMADEs products and gave them a try. My initial thought was “they’re a bit pricey” for 3 small bottles. I used drizzle, soil & inches and within a month the patches on my head grew back. I can’t emphasise enough how these products saved me from going into depression. I have since used the products for 3 years straight and found they’re worth the money as they last. Inches on its own has been very effective at solving the alopecia problem. I dread to think what I’d do if PLANTMADE stopped trading!!

Your shipping department dropped the ball multiple times. Your customer service was not responding timely. Product is fine. Your staff is not.

My order was said to be delivered when it was not even shipped. When I reached out to plantmade regarding that no one even responded. Instead my order was shipped out as if they forgot about it. Customer service and to let deliveries are lacking with this company.

Great products, Great Service. I will definitely be purchasing again in the near future.

Terrible, terrible,👎👎 experience!! The product itself is 5 stars ⭐️, however customer service and the company’s distribution is unlike any online business I have ever encountered. I ordered 3 items, only 1 came within the month of ordering. The last 2 orders took another 2 mos. to finally arrive. I went back/forth with customer service, they told me each time that it was going be shipped within 48 hrs, but it never was. Then finally their customer service was switched to AI that gave generic answers.
I will NEVER order from this company again!! 👎👎👎

Extremely poor customer service and I wish that I’d read the reviews beforehand. So disappointed, I’ve been using them for a just over a year now but I’m done with them. I placed an order on the 20th Sep they said it was processed on the 23rd yet more than 10 days later nothing. I emailed them and received a very generic response no apology, but as I’ve been using them and really like their products I decided to give them more time. I then emailed the this week and received an AI response informing me that it would be passed on to the relevant people. It is now November 4th and still no product or refund. Plantmade you guys should be ashamed of yourself for such poor organisation it’s not like your products are cheap, I won’t be buying from you again.
