Great products, excellent customer service
The products I ordered are of a high quality. Also, the customer service i received after submitting my order impressed me. The woman I spoke with (I wish I could remember her name) was very kind and very helpful, so much so to where she actually helped modify my order because I selected an incorrect part for my setup. If I order anything further for my setup, I will be using CB World.

Damaged materials replacement
I ordered several of the same item, when they arrived several were slightly damaged. I spoke someone there and sent photos of the damage. They did send replacement products. I think there packaging could be better so that materials arrive in excellent shape.

I needed a new battery for my handheld…
I needed a new battery for my handheld VHF Radio as the salt water risted the terminals out on my previous battery pack. Saved me $130 by replacing the battery pack. Thank you CB World!!

Very disappointed!!!
They are a mail order house & do not have inventory. They do not care if your product is defective or not as they will make the customer pay to return defective items. I will not do business with them again.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, i made a mistake on the type of antenna i was ordering and CB World called and made sure it was the right one. It was not the right one and CB World made the changes and got me the right product.
