As we discussed and you can see on your order, you ordered the amber ones, not the red ones. We offered to approve the return for the ones you misordered and also sent you the link to the red ones.

My first time ordering from CB World…
My first time ordering from CB World and will be my last. Bought a cb and it lasted 36 days. They have no product warranty because I was informed to contact cobra. Should've showed Walmart, at least they offer a year warranty on electronics.

We wish we could've resolved this with you. To be clear, here are the details: Ordered was placed and shipped on 8/23/23. Delivered on 8/30/23. First contact with CB World regarding issue was 11/6/23, over 2 months after the order was placed, stating the radio was not transmitting or receiving well. We offer a 30 day return policy but offered troubleshooting assistance regardless. When we spoke with and troubleshooted with the radio user, they explained that the antenna had not been tuned. The radio user was convinced that CB antennas do not need to be tuned and became very upset and ended the call. Please note that every CB antenna needs to be tuned for its application to optimize the performance of the system as a whole and to help ensure that the CB radio does not get damaged by operating with high SWR readings. Once the antenna/s are tuned, we recommend doing an official radio check.

Great place to do business !
This was a first time using CB world, I have used other vendors in the past, CB world delivered everything on time & as promised. They kept in touch with me thru every inch of the process thru texts to my phone, which was a huge plus. They were very friendly + helpful right from the start. I will not hesitate to tell friends & family of the very positive experence that I had dealing with the CB World folks. They can expect more orders from me in the future. Thanks everyone !

Customer Service was excellent. Ordered a power pigtail they sent the wrong one and it was damaged. I called and explained the issue and they sent the correct one that afternoon.
